A Perfect Getaway
Pros:

Location was perfect. The grounds were lovely and staff was so welcoming, friendly and professional.

Cons:

There is nothing to tell here. I loved it there.. Just sad a favorite restaurant we visit while there was closed.. El Torito. But we found other amazing and delicious restaurants to eat at..

Great experience overall
Pros:

Excellent customer service , clean and friendly staff . Also had a nice relaxing pool area . Nice crowd of business men and women there for work and also had a Resturant there who serviced room service . Very convenient

It was beautiful hotel,but the room is a little old style.

The facility was good but the shower room was old and not easy to use. The room was clean.

Cons:

very noisy as i could hear everything from the neighbouring room, toilet defect, a longer walk to the airport as expected (15min), the shuttle only goes every 30minutes on a first come first serve basis

Great spot for those looking for stay close to John Wayne Airport.
Pros:

Location absolutely served its purpose. We needed a one-night stay prior to flying out of John Wayne airport the next day and it's situated directly across the street, very convenient. Facilities were very modern and aesthetically pleasing, staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Thought the room rate was a little high considering it was a weeknight stay; restaurant was also a little over-priced. Three entrees (sandwiches & fries), two desserts, no alcohol and our bill was $126, that seemed a little excessive. Outside of the price, very pleased with the property and would absolutely stay again.

California comfort and vibe with convenient access to the airport
Pros:

Room was spacious and well laid out and furnished. The bed was great. Public spaces were comfortable, the oitdoor setting was lovely altho not availble due to private parties. Restaurant was very good tho the menu was not expansive. I had a wonderful fresh local catch salmon that was deliciously prepared..the convenience to the airport was perfect.

Cons:

Mostly the presence of private parties taking up the outdoor lounge. Also, it was a bit noisy one night with 3 high school sporting events and teams in the hotel at the same time. But that's unusual and not the fault of the hotel.

Hotel is kind of worn out and no water in the fitness center
Pros:

The Hilton Orange County Airport is adequate, but the property feels noticeably worn and overdue for updating. The fitness center has the basic equipment needed for a decent workout, including treadmills, dumbbells, benches, and a cable machine, but it is fairly dated.

More frustratingly, there is no drinking water available inside the fitness center. Guests have to leave the gym and walk down the hallway just to get water, which is inconvenient and particularly surprising for a hotel fitness facility. A water dispenser or bottle-filling station should be located directly inside the gym.

Overall, the hotel is functional, but the condition of the property and small service details like this fall below what I would expect from a Hilton.

Loved this.
Pros:

The restaurant staff was so helpful. The fitness area was a bit smaller than I expected, but that is okay. It got the job done. The lobby area was gorgeous.

Cons:

I think the food was a bit pricey but that might just be a California thing.
