Fijn hotel op een perfecte locatie
Pros:

Perfecte locatie, midden in het oude centrum.
Goed ontbijt met voldoende plaatsen, zelf op drukke tijden.
Parkeren onder het hotel was hoewel duur ideaal.

Personal top, Sauberkeit super,....... gut insgesamt, im Eingangsbereich etwas wuselig, geschuldet der öffentlichen Bar -Toilette aber alles sauber!
Sehr gutes Frühstück und ausreichend........ glauben Sie mir........ ich habe die Erfahrung...... Nur der Versuch direkt bei Ihnen zu buchen war eine Katastrophe. Mitgliedschaft.....Kreditkarte.......ausführliche persönliche Daten.....wegen zweier Nächte? Nö...... also so eine Plattform benutzt...... Ich bevorzuge eher das Persönliche. Naja und die Tiefgarage...... Breite für einen Zwilingskinderwagen, Länge Trabant nach Unfall und Höhe maximal Cabrio, und kostet beinahe mehr als ein Hotelzimmer.........Also wir kommen wieder !

Angenehmes Hotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Die hervorragende Lage ist ein deutliches Plus des Hotels. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind hilfsbereit und freundlich. Hier kann man sich wohlfühlen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sngenehm eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Angebot in der Bar an der Frauenkirche ist sowohl bei den Getränken als auch bei den Speisen groß und es schmeckt gut zu einem angemessenen Preis.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Sicherlich ist alles vorhanden aber bei dem Standard des Hotels ist hier sicherlich noch Luft nach oben.
Zum Frühstück gibt's zwar eine große Auswahl, jedoch wenig Abwechslung. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wie bei uns würde ich mir etwas Veränderung wünschen.
Leider ist gerade beim Frühstück durch die zahlreichen Gäste häufig viel Trubel. Ebenso in der Executive Lounge.

Den Erwartungen nicht gerecht geworden

Ja, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber das mache ich nicht zur Grundlage meiner Bewertung. Wir sind am Tag unserer Ankunft um etwa 14 Uhr angekommen und die Mitarbeiterin am Empfang sagte uns, dass wir ein Zimmer nur gegen Aufpreis schon vor der gebuchten Zeit (15 Uhr) bekommen könnten?! Ich bin schon in vielen Hotels der Welt gewesen, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Eine Aussage wie etwa „Leider ist das Zimmer noch nicht frei“ wäre in diesem Fall etwas eleganter und „Hilton gemäß“ gewesen. Wenn dann das Hotel-Management schreibt, man hoffe , dass es einem als Gast gefällt und eine 10 in der Bewertung vergeben soll, finde ich so etwas schräg. Eine Antwort an das Management auf diese schräge Bitte ist bis heute unbeantwortet geblieben und daher gehe ich davon aus, dass hier automatisierte Anschreiben verschickt werden. Wie armselig ist das!!! Schade und zugleich traurig. Dem Namen „Hilton“ und vor allem den fleissigen Mitarbeitenden wird man nicht gerecht „liebes Hotel-Management“. 6: Setzen!!!
