Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Hilton Dresden und haben unseren Aufenthalt erneut sehr genossen.

Das Hotelpersonal ist durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sauber, modern renoviert und hatte eine angenehme Größe. Auch das Badezimmer war groß genug und gepflegt.

Das Hotel selbst ist zwar nicht mehr das neueste, wirkt aber insgesamt gepflegt und einladend. Positiv fanden wir außerdem, dass auf dem Hotelflur ein kostenloser Wasserspender zur Verfügung stand und im Zimmer eine Flasche sowie Gläser bereitstanden.

Da wir beide Aufenthalte ohne Frühstück gebucht hatten, können wir dieses nicht bewerten.

Insgesamt hatten wir erneut einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und kommen bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Dresden gerne wieder.

Bewertung – Aufenthalt vom 31.07.2026 bis 01.08.2026

Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt dieses Mal sehr enttäuscht.

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, erhielten jedoch ein sehr kleines Zimmer. Für zwei Erwachsene war das Bett deutlich zu klein, und es war lediglich eine Bettdecke vorhanden. Das entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard, den wir von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten.

Auch der Check-in verlief wenig angenehm. Trotz einer langen Wartezeit ging die Abwicklung nur schleppend voran.

Besonders unverständlich war für uns die Preisgestaltung: Obwohl wir unseren Aufenthalt bereits ein halbes Jahr im Voraus gebucht hatten, lag unser Zimmerpreis rund 100 Euro über dem Last-Minute-Preis.

Vor etwa drei Jahren waren wir bereits Gäste in Ihrem Hotel und hatten diesen Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung. Umso größer ist unsere Enttäuschung, dass die Qualität und der Service dieses Mal nicht mehr mit unserem früheren Besuch vergleichbar waren.

Schade – wir hatten uns aufgrund unserer positiven Erfahrungen auf diesen Aufenthalt gefreut und können ihn diesmal leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
