Pros:

The whole experience was amazing!! The staff were fantastic and helpful, the room was comfortable, the spa was amazing and the location was perfect.

Pros:

The location was perfect for us to explore Sydney Harbour and the surrounding areas. We also loved the fact our room overlooked Hyde Park.

Cons:

The room needed a bit more attention to cleaning detail - dust on furniture and al9ng skirting boards.
Also as it had a washing machine, an airing rack would have been very handy.

Great value, comfortable, quiet and close to the heart of Sydney. Would come back.
Pros:

Great location, close to trains and buses, easy walk to many attractions. Very clean and quiet and friendly helpful staff. Spacious room with good kitchen facilities and a comfortable bed, with choice of pillows. Discovered Song Kitchen restaurant on our last night, fantastic and only a couple of minutes away.

Cons:

The shower had taps instead of a mixer and the extractor fan was inefficient, making the bathroom very steamy. The door to the stairwell needs a soft close as we could heard it loudly close.

Lovely stay with a beautiful view and convenient to the train and airport
Pros:

The bed was very large and comfy. The room was roomy and we had a great view. The facilities on the roof top were beautiful - I would love to come to Sydney in warmer weather to take advantage of this.

Cons:

The fridge was quite noisy, but it didn't disturb our sleep.

very stuffy
Pros:

The location is unbeatable

Cons:

the room felt really stuffy, the moment you opened the door you can smell dust. I had to cover my face to fall asleep but still woke up coughing in the middle of night. The aircon has an orange light maybe it needs to be cleaned. I had a sore throat the next day and my throat is still a bit tingling now perhaps still processing the germs and dust inside.

The property was great for our family the rooms are okay the property does need some work
Some doors in the hall way to our room wouldn’t open getting stuck on the roof there are holes in the walls in one of the bedrooms lots of dust behind the beds! The body wash soap holders in the shower kept falling off the wall the hotel is older but it’s still great to stay just so people know the two bedroom apartments don’t offer balcony’s but close to coffee shop mini mart right next door

Cons:

The bed was terrible. Uncomfortable and the end was dipped down at the end. Being 6ft I couldn't get comfortable as my legs were curved right down.

Loved the View the room was beautiful and the bed was very Comfortable all was clean customer service was amazing its close to everything !

ottima posizione vicino alla stazione treno Museum e al centro città. Cucina con accessori e servizio bar( te caffè zucchero) inclusi. Camera ben attrezzata e bagno privato con tutto il necessario.
