Pros:

Great location, spacious, clean apartment. Close to everything. Beautiful views across Hyde Park.

Cons:

The apartment is very dated and tired. The windows are very thin and only some are double glazed so the traffic noise is very loud. I am a light sleeper so needed to use earplugs at night.

​Titre : Problèmes de confort acoustique et thermique à corriger
​Le séjour a été gâché par deux dysfonctionnements importants. D'une part, le bruit permanent d'un purificateur d'air provenant des coulisses était difficilement supportable. D'autre part, la fenêtre de la douche ne fermait pas complètement, ce qui laissait entrer le froid et rendait la salle de bain glaciale. C'est dommage, car ces détails nuisent gravement à l'expérience client. Un contrôle des chambres s'impose.

Everything that you need for a short term stay.

Cons:

The only thing I wasn't aware of was on the morning of sign out , I purposefully woke earlier to get in a morning session with sauna and spa and there was maintenance works at the rooftop garden and they had blocked off and closed the area.

Clean, comfortable and very convenient.
Pros:

Very serviceable with all necessary amenities. Very close to restaurants, public transport, walks and the city. Comfortable bed. Clean and serviceable.

Cons:

The shower was a bit small and the shower pipes made loud screaching noises when turned on. The gym was very basic - only two weights machines and no free weights.
