Modernes Ambiente, hell und sauber. Gepflegtes Personal und strukturiertes Haus.

Cons:

Die Wände sind leider extrem hellhörig wodurch jede Bewegung, jedes Husten und alles andere von den Zimmernachbarn gehört werden konnte.

Die Fenster sind extrem dünn, die Straße war dauerhaft zu hören.

Perfect access to Portland

Pros:

Fantastic option in the heart of Portland. Great value, super clean. Gorgeous building. Valet was wonderful! Would stay here again.

It was okay. Beds quite comfortable -
Pros:

There was no breakfast, not even a small snack at happy hour -

Cons:

Add a something salty to happy hour (and a glass of wine) , and some fruit at coffee - plus refilling it so there’s enough, and extra training for seemingly overwhelmed staff to learn customer service. Customers deserve a bit of service. Thank you!

Great place to stay
Pros:

The ambience was cool. The aroma of the hotel smelled so good... loved the pinball game and streetfighter arcade.

Very reasonably priced, clean and nicely layed out. Early computer issues and shower troubles wer.
Pros:

Shower was more of a trickle, so not great. Rest of the bathroom was excellent, all very clean.
Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Cons:

Shower.
Upon arrival (6:30 pm) the computer system was down so I couldn’t check in for a while, closer to 8. That wasn’t great. Staff was attempting to be helpful, made restaurant suggestions and offered me a drink.

very nice hotel, would stay again!
Pros:

very cooperative staff, superbly located, calming lobby and interiors.

Cons:

only thing that was a slight problem was traffic noise in my room. the complimentary happy hour could also have some more options, like wine :)

If we come back to Portland, we want to stay there again.
Pros:

The staff were attentive and friendly. We loved the daily 'beer hour' from 5-6pm. When we wanted to stay an extra night, they were able to accommodate us.

I've never stayed in a pet house before so that was pretty cool

Cons:

I've been a housekeeper before and I saw a lot of spots that were missed when the room was cleaned last but we still really enjoyed everything
