Hervorragend, aber nicht konstant ... hat die Führung frei gehts auch mal daneben
Pros:

Die Lage ist grandios. Wir haben mit den (etwas alten) Leihfahrrädern des Hotels ganz Paris erkundet. Wir haben selbst die Metro nicht genutzt. Sondern immer das Fahrrad oder zu Fuß nur so erkennt man wie schön und genial dieses Hotel liegt. Der deutsche Rezeptionschef aus der Pfalz hat über alles den Überblick und ist schnell zur Hand und löst mehrere Fragen gleichzeitig. Man fühlt sich gleich sehr willkommen und gut betreut.

Cons:

Das Hotel bietet mit dem Restaurant Anne eine Küche mit Stern. Umso mehr hat uns unser letzter Abend überrascht, Wir hatten den netten Gutschein vom Zimmer über jeweils ein Glas Champus eingelöst. Der Champus wurde warm gebracht und war auch nach einiger Zeit Nachkühlen nicht wirklich auf passender Temperatur. Übrigens ein Problem, das offensichtlich regelmäßiger entsteht. Auch an den Vortagen hatten wir immer wieder warme Getränke wie kaum gekühltes Flaschenbier z.b. Aber am Montagabend auf der Terrasse, das war schon besoners auffällig. Nach dem warmen Champus hatten wir unsere Hauptgänge (von der Standardkarte, nicht aus dem Sternerestaurant) gewählt und vorab um Brot und Olivenöl gebeten. Sowie nochmal die Karte erbeten, um einen Rotwein zum Fleisch auszusuchen. Irgendwann kam dann Brot und Olivenöl, aber keine Teller. Dann kamen schon direkt die Hauptgerichte. Aber es war noch gar kein Besteck gebracht worden. Nun erst kamen Besteck und Teller für Brot und Öl. Das Fleisch war nur noch handwarm. Eine Betsellung von Rotwein haben wir dann gelassen - wurden auch nicht gefragt - und haben unser restliches Sprudelwasser stattdessen ausgetrunken. Das Fleisch war sehr lecker. Medium-Rare haben sie nicht getroffen, es war eher medium bis well done, was aber auch besser ist, wenn es nur lauwarm serviert wird. Man kann nun sagen, dass es ja nicht das Sternerestaurant war (das hat Sonntags und Montags zu) aber in einem Haus dieser Klasse und mit dem Personal eines Sternerestaurants sollte es möglich sein die Abläufe anders zu steuern und die gute Qualität auch erleben zu lassen. Der schlecht betreute Abschlussabend hat einen ansonsten wundervollen Aufenthalt doch sehr belastet. Leider war an dem Abend und am nächsten Morgen der Rezeptionschef (ein Pfälzer) nicht da. Ihm hätte ich gern die Erlebnisse selbst erläutert. Ich glaube hier fehlte an dem Abend die Führung und der Überblick. In seiner Anwesenheit wäre das nicht passiert.
