Pros:

Love love love the loft suites. Amy at the front desk is very helpful and goes above and beyond for the customer. I would definitely stay again.

I was told i cold check in around 11-12am because of my arrival time i was called and harassed about that couldnt unders

The night staff was rude and told me i wasn’t offered what i was before staying. Check in late check out at 12 instead of 11pm also i was told my $100 deposit would be given right back if i had been told cash would be given right back o would have done that . He speaks too fast and not clear english id never stay there again when i booked the room it said the last one on the ground floor this was on the second floor with no elevator banisters needs cleaning and painting not enough parks for all its guest

Overall The stay was awesome the continental breakfast was good.The shower pressure in the rooms were awesome everything was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to friends and family.

It was an amazing experience and getaway for me and my kids we loved it.
Pros:

It was clean and laid back, everyone was nice and they basically leave you alone/ autism friendly

It’s unfortunate. I have stayed here before but the last day that I had people were screaming and yelling all night long

The clientele is horrible. The people right next to me screaming and yelling all night, long banging on the walls.
