The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Tokyo
Pros:

The quality and professionalism of the staff was outstanding.

The room was excellent and the hotel had some of the best facilities I’ve ever seen in a hotel.

The gym would rival any commercial gym and the Onsen and shower facilities who have fantastic.

Our stay at The Okura Tokyo was simply outstanding. We stayed in a Prestige Corner Room, and everything about the experience was exceptional.
The view was absolutely breathtaking, the room was beautifully designed, and the quality of the furnishings, amenities, and overall comfort was truly first-class. Every detail felt elegant, refined, and carefully considered.
The staff also deserve special recognition, as they truly represent the absolute highest standard of hospitality. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, polite, professional, and helpful in every possible way. They kindly received and stored the luggage we had sent ahead of our arrival, which made everything much easier for us.
Due to the typhoon situation, we were also allowed to check into our room much earlier than expected. This was an incredibly thoughtful gesture and another example of the hotel’s exceptional attention to detail and genuine care for its guests.
The hotel offers a perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and Japanese hospitality. It is the kind of place where everything feels effortless and premium from the moment you arrive.
In every possible way, The Okura Tokyo exceeded our expectations. A truly unforgettable stay, and one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had.

If you can afford, go for it!
Pros:

Location is good, although a bit far from the subway. Comfort is outstanding - bed is amazing, futon was excellent, room view is breathtaking, and the bathroom is among the best I've had in a hotel. Great shower, very good bathtub, very good products (shampoo, cream etc), and the view from the bathtub is wonderful. And the breakfast is good, especially in the main restaurant.

Cons:

There is not much to complain. If you can afford, it's a formidable hotel.

Best hotel ever
Pros:

Best experience ever! This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Extremely clean, organized and gorgeous. The staff was beyond professional and amazing. They helped with everything we needed. We left our stroller in a taxi and they were able to find the taxi on their security cameras, contact the taxi company and retrieve the stroller. It was a miracle. They go above and beyond. The food at the hotel was phenomenal and again their service was the best I’ve seen.
