The road to the hotel is unfinished V. uneven dirt road.
Log way from town centre.
Hot water took a long time to arrive and was only ever like warm.
Shower head needed unclogging on the head rubber nipples which I climbed up and did myself.
The design is such that the shower water goes on the windowsill and blind.
Building work going on in hotel grounds currently including a pneumatic drill.
Footpath to pool was a not great.
It was very clean the rainfall shower was amazing so nice. The pool was also very nice it was cold, perfect for a hot day. The staff was very nice and kind gave us tips on what to do when we first came in.
The breakfast team were 5 stars knew what we wanted after a while they were nice always gave us a fruit plate when we were done so amazing absolutely loved the breakfast and dinner
We had a welcome drink it was really refreshing, amazing loved it, will stay again

This hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. Mary is so hospitable. It has a large swimming pool, and the breakfast is great as well.

I had a wonderful stay at Grand Venus La Residence. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. They responded to every question quickly and made me feel comfortable throughout the stay. The room was spotless, the facilities were great, and everything was well maintained. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!
This place is fantastic—so peaceful and beautiful! I’d love to stay there again, and I’d definitely suggest booking a room on the ground floor by the pool. It’s even more special that way. The staff are amazing.
The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful and enhanced our short stay in Siem Reap. The pool was a great place to relax in the afternoon to battle the heat of the day. The hotel has their own tuk-tuk and we engaged the driver to take us to three museums and he waited whilst we visited and then bought us back to the hotel. It was cheap and made to half day activities easy to see.

Beautiful place
We also really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great variety of options including fresh fruits, eggs, pastries, cereals, coffee, juices, and both Asian and Western dishes. Everything was fresh and well prepared.
We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
