For us, this was the first time staying at the Imperial Riding School hotel and we hope it won't be the last one. It is a fantastic place to stay, and we were lucky enough to find 2 rooms to accommodate our family. It is modern, new, clean, very comfortable, with the extraordinary service that only a hotel chain like Marriott can provide. The location is quiet and safe, with restaurants, cafes, pharmacies within walking distance. It is located within Vienna's Art district and about 15 minutes of walking distance to the Belvedere Museum. Taxi or Uber would be the most convenient way to get to Vienna's downtown in about 10-15 minutes. We added the daily breakfast buffet to our room rate, and it was truly worth every penny, with such a large variety of options for a complete breakfast, which would allow us to skip lunch. Rooms are cleaned daily and the overall service is exceptional.

Don’t be put off by location as it is ideally situated either by walking or public transport (one or two stops) to quickly get to anywhere in Vienna and it benefits from being in the embassy district so is nice and quiet and secure. The frontage is impressive and has a nice imperial feel about it. Comes with swimming pool and steam/sauna which is a plus. Didn’t really interact with staff much which suits me as don’t really like intrusive. Rooms are very Marriot, with a few splashes of colour but are comfortable, good linen and pillows, shower powerful and consistent hot water so really all you need. Plenty to like here.
Coffee /Tea pod replacements were a bit erratic over the week or so we stayed, would have expected a robe in room to be par for course at this price point. No extra pillow as standard. No morning biscuits which seem to be being phased out everywhere these days. So tinkering around the edges stuff.

Getting checked in 6-8 hours ahead of schedule set an amazing tone for our stay. The property is impeccably clean, with a beautiful lobby and interior design. Our room faced the church (a lovely surprise with no extra charge), and the location is ideal—close to everything on foot and an easy commute to the airport. The restaurant's food and wine list are also top-tier.
The kitchen has set gaps between service times, which was inconvenient since we specifically picked the hotel for its food. It would also be a great improvement if they expanded the menu to include more vegetarian and vegan dishes.

Piękny hotel, świetny wystrój. Bardziej kojarzy się wystrojem z hotelem butikowym a jest dosyć spory. Pokoje, łazienki ślicznie zaprojektowane, wygodne łóżka. Pyszne śniadania. Przyjemna sfera spa.
W związku z remontem kolejki za hotelem postawione są metalowe schody, które potwornie hałasują jak ktoś po nich idzie.
The atmosphere is fantastic, the sauna and pool, the breakfast buffet, the location.
The pillows were horrible and I couldn't get a good night's sleep. That's why I removed 2 stars

Snídaně byla super. Hezký bazén. Sauna s ochlazovacím bazénkem hezká. Většina personálu byla moc milá, až na jednu recepční.
Jedna recepční - Rakušanka - byla pasivně agresivní. Ostatní byly milé a vstřícné.
