Outstanding establishment. Had several business partners come into town and this hotel came highly recommended. Everyone had a great time! Highly recommended!

As soon as I checked into this hotel, I was treated like royalty. From the front desk agent to the managers working, everything was all about the little details. The hotel was very clean and in a good area I brought my wife and my baby and it was everything I could’ve asked for!

The hotel was very nice and in the middle of downtown so it was convenient. Kerry, the front desk receptionist, was so helpful and sweet. Although the hotel was nice itself, he made my stay more enjoyable. He was so bubbly with positive energy! He was courteous and informative. I will be here everytime I’m in town.

It's in a great location in the Central Business District, just a short walk from the French Quarter, the National WWII Museum, the riverfront, and many restaurants and live music. The front desk agent Kerry was amazing. He was very attentive and great with problem solving!

Decent hotel in a central location. The hotel did not recognise my Hilton diamond status nor offer the benefits associated with this membership level. Hotel lobby is newly renovated but some rooms are very dark and/or have no rooms. We booked two rooms for our stay.

This was our first time staying at the Hotel Theo, but we will definitely be staying there again when we visit the Crescent City! Our room was comfortable, had all the necessary amenities and was spotless. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the Vieux Carre, the CBD and all that central NOLA has to offer, and it was much quieter than other hotels we've stayed at in the past, so we always got a good night's sleep

The restaurant, Lyon;s Corner, is great for breakfast before starting out on a day in the city (the salmon toast with poached egg was a favorite, as was the breakfast skillet). Will, the restaurant manager, was great as well!

What really set this hotel apart, though, was the staff. Gwen, Malcolm, Timothy, Javon and Carey at the front desk were always super helpful and responsive, and Emanuel and Corey run a great ship!

We will definitely be staying here on our future trips - thanks for a great stay!

Leslie and the team was super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Boutique hotel with nostalgic nawlins vibe and within walking distance to most attractions in downtown. Rooms were comfortable and the value met expectations.

Kerry took care of us at the front desk, and let me tell you, this man was the most professional and kind mannered person I’ve come across in a while. Absolutely no complaints. Beautiful stay. Great atmosphere. Would 1000% return and recommend! Kerry, you’re the man!
