Geweldig hotel op geweldige locatie
Pros:

Perfecte locatie in het centrum, met luxe kamers en een geweldige binnenplaats met zitjes waar geen straat geluiden zijn te horen.

Cons:

Wir erhielten bei Ankunft ein Zimmer, das noch nicht gereinigt war. Es waren noch Gegenstände des Vorbewohners im Zimmer. Reklamation, Umzug ist nach Anreise besonders unangenehm. Es wurde uns dann ein anderes Zimmer zur Straßenseite gegeben, das leider sehr laut war. Keine Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels.

Pros:

Super close to everything in the French quarter! Staff was friendly! Great little perks like happy hours and lovely courtyard!

I wish I knew about the destination fee of $35/night before booking.

En trevlig vistelse och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Det var centralt. Bra rum. Välstädat. Kaffe och vatten tillgängligt på flera ställen.

Cons:

Poolen var lite ”sunkig”.
Bevittnade ett mycket häftigt gräl mellan en anställd och vad som verkade vara hans flickvän. Den anställde uppträdde mycket hotfullt mot tjejen. Gapade, skrek och puttade tjejen. En annan anställd fick gå emellan. Väldigt obehagligt och oproffetionellt.

Pros:

L’emplacement, le calme de l’hôtel

Cons:

Le personnel du petit déjeuner, pas serviable, nous avons donné un pantalon à laver qui est resté 48 heures derrière le comptoir et nous a été rendus tel que nous l’avions donné c’est-à-dire pas lavé! Le ménage qui n’a pas été fait systématiquement tous les jours dans la chambre.

Booking ne veut pas nous rembourser le petit déjeuner alors que nous avons payé le petit déjeuner avec booking pour deux personnes et sur place à l’hôtel nous avions droit qu’à 15$ par jour pour deux personnes. À peine de quoi se payer le café ! Booking a pris l’argent !!!!!

Great Location. Great Braekfast. An easy place to stay in a full on city.
Pros:

The bed was fantastic! very comfortable. The bathroom was small but the shower was great, but not a lot of room on the vanity. The room was clean and well serviced.
The breakfast is AMAZING. YUMMY! don't go anywhere else, just have breaky at the hotel. Service was also top notch!
Location.....don't think you can get a better spot. Central to both Canal Street and all the main areas of town. We would definitely stay here again. It was quiet while being so close to the centre of all town.

Cons:

The room lay out was a little odd. Hard for us to layout our suitcases. Would be great if there was a bench so we could utilise the floor space available for two large suitcases.
