Loved the Boutique Hotel and location but the charges they have added that are still pending with no explanation is not

Location was great and staff was friendly.

Cons:

Staff didn’t make up and refresh the bed until we asked. The lobby for the elevators has direct access to outside so the heat and humidity is in the hallway which makes it uncomfortable.

Well located hotel in the heart of the French Quarter
Pros:

Good location if you want to stay in the French Quarter but maybe not best for families.

Cons:

Despite being a bed and breakfast booking we have still to resolve being charged for breakfast. Pool is very warm and quite small. A few extras such as the $30 per night tourist tax and $55 per night valet charge. Had a Las Vegas hotel feel to it.

Wonderful
Pros:

The location was perfect because it was within walking distance of so many main areas in the city. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly in terms of service.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like about the hotel and experience.

Do not stay here
Pros:

Location was great with cute courtyard and pool away from bourbon street craziness.

Cons:

Reception staff appalling. Requested late check out, which took them 48 hours to refuse, despite hotel being far from full. Oddly the reception staff blamed cleaning staff. Multiple incorrect bills presented at check out. Having finally agreed the correct amount and paid, they then deducted an additional amount from my card 2 weeks later. Still trying get a refund.

Geweldig hotel op geweldige locatie

Würde nicht wieder dort buchen.
Cons:

Wir erhielten bei Ankunft ein Zimmer, das noch nicht gereinigt war. Es waren noch Gegenstände des Vorbewohners im Zimmer. Reklamation, Umzug ist nach Anreise besonders unangenehm. Es wurde uns dann ein anderes Zimmer zur Straßenseite gegeben, das leider sehr laut war. Keine Entschuldigung seitens des Hotels.

En trevlig vistelse och vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Det var centralt. Bra rum. Välstädat. Kaffe och vatten tillgängligt på flera ställen.

Cons:

Poolen var lite ”sunkig”.
Bevittnade ett mycket häftigt gräl mellan en anställd och vad som verkade vara hans flickvän. Den anställde uppträdde mycket hotfullt mot tjejen. Gapade, skrek och puttade tjejen. En annan anställd fick gå emellan. Väldigt obehagligt och oproffetionellt.
