The breakfast was very good and our server was excellent.
usually there are two bottles of water supplied by a hotel for the coffee machine. However there was none in our room. Luckily we brought a few bottles with us.
Really good location. Attentive staff.
We were charged more than what our booking gave us. We paid over $300 more.
it was decent, better than the extended stay. staff was very kind.
currently under construction/remodeling so there is a bunch of noise during the day, if you like to sleep in its kind of annoying but if youre an early bird and just literally use the hotel for sleep you should be good.
The bar closes at 10pm
The complimentary breakfast and drinks.
Pool stay pack and crowded.
The location and the staff
We were woken up at 3am in the morning by a fire alarm waited outside for almost 15-20 min no fire truck came only police who took 10min to come once we were let inside and the next morning came i asked front desk staff what was the cause and all she could tell me was that it came from the 6th floor that triggered the alarm there was also construction going on while we were there but that was told to me by another staff member upon arrival
Ok mid range hotel. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good.
The close proximity to our destination.
The construction, the water took a long time to heat up, the toilet clogged several times while simply using the facilities.
I spent an evening at their bistro and had a lovely bartender named Cristal. She was a five star employee. I couldn’t have expected better service and gotten anything more. She was the most pleasant person I’ve ever dealt with as a server. I would come back to this location, simply to visit her at her bar. If you’re in the area, this is a great place to stay and you should certainly visit the bar and.Cristal.
Friendly staff, clean room. Close to Becton High School where I was for a weekend function.
I didn’t get to experience too much. It was a very quick trip. I was happy I was able to check in early (for about an hour) before heading back out. I basically stayed from 8:30pm- and was out by 5:30am the next day.
I’ve been coming here quite a bit over the course of the past 2 years, and I will be the first to say this hotel is extremely reliable and accommodating, but to me, it’s the staff that really makes this place shine.
The moment you walk in, anyone who works the front desk greets you with charisma and they even remembered me even after my first two visits. That, to me, speaks volumes of their attention to detail and that they really do care about their guests.
I always grab a coffee in the morning and Cristal, who always is there to serve me for most of my stay in the mornings, is one of the most patient and friendly staff members there. She will engage in conversation and truly does care about the customer’s well being. She provides top notch service and she has an amazing personality to boot. The courtyard is lucky to have employees like her, among others.
I’d also be remiss not to mention, Ingrid, who has also provided exceptional service to me and anyone else she encounters. I was recently informed she’s been working here for years, and she is always a delight to deal with, and see.
To the courtyard lyndhurst and their staff, thanks for always making my stay a great one.
