Exceptional Staff and a Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Excellent stay, with especially kind and helpful staff. Special thanks to Vera, who was exceptionally kind and went out of her way to help me resolve an issue with my work laptop, her patience and willingness to help were genuinely appreciated. Beyond that, I had a very enjoyable stay overall: the staff were welcoming and attentive, the hotel was comfortable and well run, and the whole experience was pleasant from start to finish. I would happily stay here again.

Une vraie déception pour des noces d'etain. Plus proche d'un 2 ou 3 etoiles que d'un 4

- grande salle de bain

Cons:

- chambre trop petite 10m²
- climatisation bruyante/lumineuse et qui souffle sur le lit
- terrasse archi chargée ! On pouvait a peine circuler
- le bar de l'accueil c'est une blague?!

Great location to be once it is renovated.
Pros:

The location of this property is excellent and someday when it is renovated it will be very nice. Staff was very helpful with trying to make us comfortable.

Cons:

Property is really rundown and I did not feel at ease being there. We had the top floor room with the balcony and it was an unpleasant stay. Wildewy smell and desperately needs a renovation. Old hairdryer case and tissue case still attached to wall without the hairdryer or tissues in it. Why leave that?! Weird stains everywhere gave the impression of it being unclean.

Bien pour une nuit.
Pros:

Emplacement très pratique pour visiter Toulouse. Beaucoup de restaurants et commerces à proximité. Proche du métro.
La vue est belle sur la Garonne.
Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

La décoration est originale, mais les chambres auraient besoin d'un sérieux lifting : panneaux de la salle de bains en mauvais état, robinetterie pas pratique (pas de mitigeur), pommeau de douche modèle camping-car.
Les doubles fenêtres seraient à changer car elles ne ferment pas bien.
La première chambre au premier étage qui nous avait été attribuée n'était pas plaisante, accessible via un escalier étroit et pentu, sans ascenseur. Après demande nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre au deuxième étage, beaucoup mieux.
