Poor customer service
Pros:

The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, and our suite was perfectly adequate. Unfortunately, the customer service left a lot to be desired. The front desk attendants were rude and dismissive, and the woman serving breakfast was similarly unhelpful. Housekeeping staff could also be heard talking and laughing loudly in the hallways throughout the day. While the accommodations were fine, the overall experience would have been much better with more professional and welcoming service.

Pros:

The staff was outstanding! The bed was really comfortable and the shower was a highlight with great water pressure. The room was great.

Nice rooms and good location
Pros:

It was OK. Physical plant was ok. Rooms were good. Location is excellent. Meals onsite were very good. Front desk is not very good. Long delays. Invoice also had a lot of issues.

Cons:

The staff at breakfast were inattentive and unhelpful. Never offered a menu, brought coffee really late, no instructions on where and how to use voucher. Finding the breakfast buffet was difficult (no signs). Crowded/ shared tables. All-in-all...lousy.

The spacious rooms are wonderful

Better than expected
Pros:

A very nice room with plenty of space (though not a true suite with a separate bedroom) and the nicest hotel gym I’ve encountered in ages. Breakfast was free with a vouncher
