Pros:

Comfortable bed, amazing location.

Cons:

Balcony door was broken and AC did not work. I was able to change rooms. The pool was gross, i was there right after it opened.

This is a dump, I would never stay here again
Pros:

Water gets piping hot and the water pressure is great

Cons:

Building and room smell, hallways carpets filthy, walls in the room dirty with smudges/fingerprints/splattered stuff that has not been wiped , bathroom no ventilation and needs to be cleaned better , furniture and room needs to be wiped down, mattresses are disgusting and need mattress covers

I liked the pool & sauna areas. I also liked the restaurant area, the food was good. The room was spacious & clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & respectful. We had a great time!

Peaceful & fun
Pros:

Close to the places we wanted to visit! Busch gardens/water country, good restaurants, & the outside mall . Staff was excellent and rooms were clean.

Cons:

I loved everything about the property. I originally booked a king suite , but they ended up downgrading me . Even though they were very nice and refunded 50%, do wish I had the room I wanted. No hard feelings ! I would definitely still come back and visit .
