A good building looks like it's being run down = few staff and even fewer people staying there.
Pros:

Very convenient to visit family. Quiet place. Standard room and clean bathroom. Helpful staff were very polite.

Cons:

Very poor cooked breakfast on Sunday morning. Battery on TV remote fading- not changed after help given. A quick advice on temperature control - I worked out the air conditioning later.

Above and beyond
Pros:

The team went above and beyond when my booking did not show up on their system. They sorted out a room for me even though fully booked. Much appreciated after a 3 and 1/2 hour journey, so a special thanks to the lady and gentleman on reception that evening.

Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was really good in comparison to evening meal.

Cons:

interior of rooms is poor and in need of work, stair carpet is an accident waiting to happen. Evening meal was horrific, how you can mess up cheesy garlic bread, serve uncooked chips and stale lettuce is really beyond me.

It was cheap and convenient for the night. The staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Breakfast was incredibly poor. The plates on the continental breakfast were dirty. The cooked breakfast took 40 mins to arrive and was a very meagre portion for 15 pounds

Pros:

It has adequate rooms clean but not redecorated in the last 5 years, the bathrooms are nice and large. the breakfast was good and made to order. it is a lot better than other hotels serving people working in the area.

Pros:

The room was nice, clean and cozy. The staff were kind and helpful. They have staff present 24hrs so checking late won't be an issue. It's quite a peaceful perfect for stays.

Cons:

It's just a little outside the city, but still was perfect for us as we had to go to the festival.
