Little bit dated but not offensive by any means
The breakfast was fine and the bed was comfortable.
The room was unbearably hot. No air conditioning - or rather it didn't work - and the windows don't open. A fan supplied was inadequate. As a result we had no sleep.
Great options and the staff (all 2 of them) were amazing

This time, the shower was brilliant, Aircon brilliant .pillows nice. Tv nice. Bed nice.

The staff were very friendly.
I asked where to go for a walk with the dog and was told there wasn't anywhere nearby. I then discovered the hotel is next door to a disused train line which has become the perfect place to walk the dog.
I observed that the vacuuming did not go under the bed.

The approach to the front door needs to be made more inviting.
Location was great for what we needed although postcode took us to the wrong place
Very run down room, lots of brown water marks on the ceiling in one room and peeling walls. Air con in the double room but non in the executive room, left with a small fan in 28C degree heat. Windows didn’t open, in fact they were paned over which is surely a fire hazard. No ventilation in the bathroom made the lack of air even worse. No decaf coffee, no milk alternative for the room.

In the room and the foyer. Our meal in the evening was adequate. Breakfast was fine. The room was OK. Dealing with bookings. com was good.
Faulty shower head. There are no grounds for dogs. Or dog water.
The evening meal was low on quality ..
Good hotel for slam dunk. Room was big, bathroom had a bath which was nice. Hotel was pretty quiet.
Would be nice if breakfast was nicer, but it’s alright.
The staff were amazing they couldn't have done any more. They made the hotel worth staying. The interior was clean
The car park was very uninviting. The hotel has a awful facade nowhere to sit no garden or tables and chairs.
We booked a standard double room which we discovered had not been cleaned after the previous guest vacated. We were upgraded to an executive room which was excellent with a huge bath and comfy sofas
Firstly the staff should get a mention, especially Zoe and Matt. A warm & friendly greeting from Zoe as we checked in, and we found her to be very helpful.
Matt dealt well when the computer system was doing, very apologetic with good customer service.
