Comfy stay staff great perfect location for what we needed
Wasn't anything to dislike
Very comfy bed, clean and decent beer on the bar
convenient location near M1, good value for money.
As a stop off on our way north it was very convenient and near the main highway. Friendly staff and comfortable room.
The food availability was very poor....several of our choices we were told had finished and when food did arrive some items were omitted....such as bacon from the burger etc.
Overall food quality was average. Additionally you have to pay for parking, which should really be included.
The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. It was excellent value for money. There was no charge for my two dogs. It was very convenient for the show at Monk Fryston. The bed was comfortable and clean.
The bedroom windows were sealed, making the room very stuffy. I couldn’t adjust the air con temperature so through the night I had to turn it on and off as necessary to maintain a comfortable temperature.
The staff did the best they could and were pleasant
The room was way too hot and had no air conditioning as it was apparently broken. The bathroom fan also did not work. We were due to stay 2 nights, however we had no sleep on the first night due to being so stuffy, so did not stay for the second night. The food choices were very limited.
Excellent hotel,staff and food
I was visiting friends in cawood so the location was ok, initially the room was clean and comfortable.
I booked in for 5 nights with my well behaved dog, all was fine and I knew to place the green label for room servicing on my door handle, after the first night the room was serviced.
And that was the one and only time it was carried out, I left each day well before lunch but came back in the evening to an unserviced room wet towels,no tea or coffee no cleaning no bed making nothing.
I spoke to reception who gave me 4 coffee sachets and 4 milk sachets no sugar , I asked him to sort it for the following day .
Unfortunately that didn't happen and my stay was absolutely awful with no service what so ever.
The car park was untidy broken fences cigarette ends all over, people smoking by the main entrance including the staff.
The staff ignored me throughout my stay,
There was an awful smell of drains in the corridors.
I hated my stay and was glad to leave ,.

Wszystko bylo super ❤️ale personel w osobie jednego pracownika, który obsługiwał wszystko bylo nie w porządku dla tego Pana🫢jedna osoba obsługiwała recepcję, bar i następnego dnia rano cały poranny bufet . Bylo ok, ale uważam, że to jest praca dla kilku pracowników 🫣szacunek dla Pana , który starał się ogarnąć to wszystko 👏👏👏polecam ten hotel oczywiście ❤️🥰👍
