Cons:

- wir haben mitten in der Nacht festgestellt, dass jemand, der vor uns im Zimmer war, ins Bett gepinkelt haben muss. Das Bett wurde einfach frisch bezogen und gemerkt haben wir es natürlich erst, als wir darauf lagen und es durchdrückte. Der Fleck war riesig und nicht zu übersehen. Eckelhaft. Es kann gar nicht sein, dass das Cleaning staff dies nicht gesehen hat. Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer bekommen
- mein Handtuch hatte ebenfalls frische braune Flecken und war nicht sauber.

We really enjoyed our stay. I wish the beds were bigger, but other than that, we enjoyed our stay there

We’d like how close it was to the Riverwalk and the Alamo very close walking distance to everything downtown

Cons:

If I have to complain about anything, it would be the parking everywhere Downtown is very expensive.

Room ok, just don’t park there. It is a corner lot near the hotel that would be a lot cheaper.

Cons:

The parking is a scam. If you park directly next door to the hotel in Crocket Lot it will charge you double the price! So I in turned paid $120 for less than 24 hours I was only in the lot from 6:30pm till 11:00 am checkout! That should have been advertised.

The location is excellent

Cons:

The air conditioning and fan were extremely loud. But at least it dolled out the noise from the tavern below! Pilllws lumpy. Comforter was pilly. It just felt kind of yucky overall. I complained twice via a message, and never heard anything back from them. So I went down to the desk and asked them if they could change my room, and the person at the front desk had no idea that I had even put in a complaint. Everybody was clueless, but the second room was no better. Same issues.

Stayed for 4 days----No maid service......Food needs to improve in the Crockett Tavern.....Could not watch the NFL Thursday night game because the Crockett Hotel does not subscribe to Prime. Did not rent a car, but if I did, would have cost me $59 dollars a night. That's Ridiculous. I realize surrounding areas charge just as much. As a Business, your trying to get 100% occupancy a night. Change your rate lower. The city of San Antonio completely ruined the Alamo. The old Alamo in the 80's was much better than what they transformed it I realize it's all about the money, but they completely ruined it!

Only spent the night but enjoyed the Tavern, walked to the Riverwalk for dinner and had a comfy night sleep.
