Great location.. Historic Hotel … just don’t stay until the AC problem is fixed..
Pros:

Great location to the Alamo. Inside of the building is nice with the brick..

Cons:

Room was Extremely HOT… AC was all the way down to 55 and it didn’t go below 81.. Staff said they have problems with the AC in the building.. ughhh would have loved to know that before booking.

3泊もして一回も部屋の掃除をしてもらえないのは驚いた。
Pros:

リバーウオークにも近くロケーションは良かった

Cons:

最初にアロケーションされた部屋のエアコン冷房できなかった。　3泊したが部屋の掃除は行われないと説明を受けた。バスタオルもリクエストしてやっと新しいバスタオルを替えてもらった。
加えて　チェックイン時にデポジットを支払ったが、チェックアウト後に5日以内に返金してくれると言っていたが9日たっても返金されない。その間4回も問い合わせるも何も返信が無い！！！！最悪のサービス！！

Pros:

The hotel is very nice and convenient and I got a nice price. Food was good though a little pricy, but I was devastated by the cost of the parking! Unbelievably Expensive and almost unaffordable!

Cons:

Cost of the parking, it was utterly ridiculous pricey!

Great stay, room were clean, the bar area had good drinks and good food! Not to mention, I forgot my designer glasses and Laura went beyond to make sure I knew how to make a claim to get my glasses shipped back home!! I give it a 10/10! Definitely will stay again in the future!

This was a bucket list vacation that we both enjoyed and was welcomed by the staff making it very enjoyable

The bar and cafe are both my faves.

Cons:

Our shower was difficult to manage. Water was either cold or scalding hot. We’ve stayed here before and liked it. I guess we got unlucky this one time.
