Loved everything about the place
Having to talk to someone not at the hotel for reservation. We stayed 6 months ago, and a wonderful lady set it up for us at the hotel. This time, the person was not from the hotel and actually hung up on me when I said the price difference was too much, and I guess I would have to go thru a 3rd party. He immediately hung up on me. I booked and came anyway, but I do not like this change at all.
Didn’t do breakfast. Had an early departure.
Valet service very very very difficult. Nice prople but system hard to manage. Had to get my own car keys and help the valet get the car. Had to completely handle all the luggage to get it downstairs.
Someone said valet company was changing that day. Oh, well .

Cockroaches in the bathroom. A/C in the room didn't work, stayed 77 degrees the whole time. One person worked the "mandatory" valet. Either park it yourself or, wait an eternity for someone to take your vehicle. The guy who was supposed to send me a link for when I wanted to have my vehicle brought up somehow messed up my phone number twice. People weren't bad, just old facility. Even the remote was dead!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the room had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests.
The hotel was quiet, safe, and conveniently located near restaurants and local attractions. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the excellent customer service throughout my stay.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay

Location and the tavern was convenient.
The ceiling leaking on to the floor in our room, no offer for a different room and only compensated for parking. Pool was open but was so dirty you couldn’t even see the bottom.

Our bathroom had hair in the bath from previous occupants and our mirrors had finger prints all over it was not a clean room.I told two staff members they apologised but we got not upgrade, or moved to another room or compensated no one even checked -disappointed
