Location was great, room was clean, staff was lovely

Cons:

No microwave in the room. I called and was told none of the rooms had one. They already removed free breakfast at least give the people microwaves.

The bed was good pillows soft

Cons:

They dont offer to clean your room they tell you this when you check inn.
The BIGGEST thing I did not like at all and they dont tell you this until your checking inn is the deposit of $225 and $50 per night for valet parking this sucks the big one....

Tavern was good. Had vegan option.

Cons:

Grab and Go Breakfast was adequate. For a fuller breakfast, worth exploring neighborhood options. Glad it was there but wanted more.

I initially made a reservation for a king deluxe bed, but I was given a 2 queen bed room. got to the hotel wasn’t told anything when checking in, I found out my room was wrong until I got to the room, went back down to the lobby and it was there I was told they booked out our room, then I was told it was the same price for a deluxe king bed and 2 queen bed, I was only offered free parking and 13.00 in credit from booking.. would not be using booking again ! Nor staying at the Crockett again :)

Cons:

I reserved a king room but all they could give me was a room w 2 full beds. Not fan of paying and reserving a room and not getting it. Wil not stay here again.

Pros:

Location was fantastic!!! I was lucky to have windows facing Alamo itself. I couldn’t believe my luck! It is older facility but it is comfortable and kept clean. Bar downstairs is great with good food and live music.
I truly enjoyed my stay there as a single traveler.

Cons:

I know it’s older property and bathrooms need update. I know full update might be difficult but at least please change more often shower curtains. They truly smell.
