Pros:

Camera e bagno ampli e puliti, con vari punti appoggio comodi e prese; in camera era presente un bollitore, che per me è sempre cosa molto gradita. Il letto era comodo. La temperatura della stanza era perfetta.

Friendly and comfortable hotel in the heart of Milan
Pros:

Decently priced hotel (for Milan) very close to both university and Duomo area. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff, and amazingly generous free access to chilled bottles of mineral water at any time, much appreciated during heatwave. The rooms are very comfortable; some people have commented on furniture being somewhat old and worn, but since everything is clean and comfortable I cannot see the problem. Would definitely stay again.

Cons:

The view was to a dark inner yard which is clearly not great, but on the other hand there was no traffic noise, which more than compensated for the lack of view as this was a work trip. Otherwise nothing.

Great location and easy walk to almost everywhere.
Pros:

Great location, easy to find and a very easy walk to the shopping, food and site seeing areas of Milan. The hotel is older but very well appointed and, in its day, would have been one of the best hotels in town. Rooms are generous in size compared to modern hotels, air con worked well and breakfast was very good.

Hotel with great location and wonderful staff
Pros:

Location of hotel is good. There is a tram and subway station near by the hotel and the hotel is walkable distance to duomo area so sightseeing and shopping and restaurants are convenient to go to. Staff are friendly and helpful, especially the doorman !! He explains and go through the amenities of the room when u check in.

Breakfast buffet has a decent spread of things, we especially liked the pastries and bread selection. Staff mending the breakfast nook is always cheerful as well.

The hotel rooms come with free waters and drinks n snacks all the time and you can also request for extra bottles of water for free at the reception. The double room we got was sufficient to fit us and still have space to open two big luggages.

For Asian travellers, there is an amazing authentic chinese beef noodle restaurant diagonally opposite the hotel !!

Cons:

This might just be for the room type I got but the bathroom albeit big, the shower head water pressure was low and the shower space was a small standing one with no light and a curtain, the floor of shower space was also not very clearly separated from the rest of the toilet floor so water spillage was inevitable. Hairdryer is also pretty weak but I feel like most European hotels are like that.
