Spacious and clean bathroom. No carpet in the room. Friendly and helpful staff at the desk.

Cons:

Very basic room. No tea and coffee in the room. Very rundown décor, if any (one picture on the wall). Ugly colours.

Tea making facilities aside, it was exactly what I needed and wanted for my stay.
Pros:

The location was excellent, the staff friendly and efficient, and the room clean, comfortable and very quiet, just as I’d asked.

Cons:

British people need access to a kettle and tea! When you wake too early with jet lag, the last thing you want to do is get dressed and go down nine flights to get a cuppa.
