Great hotel and lovely team of staff
Pros:

It was in a good location. The reception team were amazing, so helpful and welcoming. We stayed across the road in the annex but that was fine, we were given help with our luggage and the room was great

Lovely stay in beautiful Salzburg
Pros:

Great location in central Salzburg. Comfortable hotel, very quiet room in the annexe overlooking gardens. Advantage of being in the annexe meant it felt like a private apartment. Appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Disadvantage of being in the annexe meant we didn’t feel part of the hotel and didn’t use any of the facilities except a drink one of the nights. Pillows were too soft.

Schöner Urlaub und in der Nähe der Altstadt und vom Bahnhof
Pros:

Ist sehr nahe in der Innenstadt.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auskunftswürdig.

Cons:

Die Glühbirnen waren teilweise defekt
Kleiderhaken im Bad fehlen (Bademantel)
Das Zimmer ist ein wenig teuer nur mit Frühstück
