Breakfast was fine. Staff was friendly.
The TV. Had problems from day 1. I have to say the staff was attentive and did what they could to remedy the problems. Yes more than one problem.
Room was cozy!
The breakfast was mediocre. Offer more options of eggs, frozen eggs ate standard in hotels, but boiled eggs would've been great. Butter should be on counter to unthaw a bit, it didn't melt on my hot waffle! Had to microwave it to melt. More meat options, not just sausage gravy!
The women at the front desk was the most helpful especially since the manager was not.
I booked specifically with this location and paid once I booked. I get to the hotel. The front desk person can't find my reservation. Then says oh wait my manager moved your reservation to the hotel next door. I said why would he do that when I booked and paid well in advance. She says because the current property was up charging their prices to do some race happening in town. I go to the next door hotel to talk to the manager. The front door to enter is wide open and cords hanging from it. I walked inside to more construction. Broked blindes every where. A complete mess! The manager tried arguing with me that bookings had the wrong price.
People staying there randomly talking crazy to people call people bitches..
Breakfast was very very sad nothing in there to eat..The air stopped working as well ..
The people are always so very nice and rooms are always clean and location is very convenient from the interstate.
One small down fall and plus too. U can tell that lots of areas was freshly painted. Yes the face-lift can cause a paint order but easy to ignore knowing the are constantly updating. I can deal with a little order knowing they are working hard to make my visits better. Thanks . Yall rock. MIKE BRADHAM RM 206
