I was only in the room for a couple of hours to sleep.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable. Staff was polite. Room was clean.

Cons:

Hallways smell like cigarette smoke. Outdated for the cost. Toilets are very low to the floor.

only one complaint was very happy with everything else

I am 79 years old and am used to starting my day early. I checked in early the week before at about 11;00 am & no problem. (I had requested it). I did the same thing this time. I think I requested 10:00 am this time. when I checked in the clerk said I would be charged $20.00 for early registration. After saying that I did not see that stated anyplace when I booked. he said he would not charge me thank you, however I do not think it should be charged at all. Note I also check out early. I was out by 7:00 am. I hope someone will realize one time does not fit everyone. thank you
