Not Worth The Money and Felt Like a 2nd Class Citizen
Pros:

Superb location and good parking.

Cons:

Cleanliness and tidiness of the room. Sink wasn’t in the washroom, bed wasn’t fully made, tv couldn’t rotate to properly see because it was blocked by a wall lamp, mattress was cheap and old. No information about food or beverage, or common room amenities were communicated. Room’s faced an adjacent building and it felt like an unorganized utility closet.

Great Hidden Gem
Pros:

It's in a great location, right in downtown Victoria, close to everything and easy access to the bus system and water. The room was large and comfortable, clean and we'll setup

Cons:

The window air conditioner was a little awkward but it kept the place cool and it had an induction cooktop instead of a microwave in the room, there was one in the lobby but to heat up leftovers in the room late at night or early in the morning to make you get dressed. These are small little gripes compared to the overall value you get here.
