Pros:

The location was really good and close to public transport services. The staff were very friendly and attentive and pool felt very luxurious. We had a few days of rain and the hotel had an abundance of umbrellas available for use.

Cons:

The standard pillows were very uncomfortable but staff were able to provided better pillows on request. We also had a really foul smell coming from the coffee machine, probably just old capsules needing to be thrown out.

Un séjour exceptionnel au cœur de Singapour
Pros:

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au Pan Pacific Orchard.
Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement excellent, avec un large choix de produits de qualité permettant de satisfaire toutes les envies. La literie était également remarquable : nous avons dormi comme sur un nuage tout au long de notre séjour.
Un coup de cœur particulier pour la magnifique piscine chauffée, que nous avons eu le plaisir de profiter à plusieurs reprises. C'est un véritable havre de détente, dans un cadre sublime.
Merci à toute l'équipe de l'établissement pour son accueil et la qualité des prestations proposées. Nous garderons un très beau souvenir de notre passage et reviendrons avec grand plaisir. 😊
