Great location and very helpful staff.
The pillows were not comfortable and the coffee at breakfast was cold every morning.
Got a late check out easily but were not told about bringing the room keys to the front desk to get reactivated.

This hotel is beautiful, unique, posh, and cozy all at once. I loved the vibe, and our accommodations were incredible. We had a club room with a city view and a balcony overlooking the open-air courtyard and greenery. While my husband enjoyed the air-conditioned room, the balcony was my happy place where I napped, worked, and soaked in the beautiful views for several hours. The hotel is surrounded and filled with live plants and trees, which made me feel relaxed and calm.
The staff was friendly, and our favorite experience was at the on-site spa. OMG! After a 44-hour flight that included a long layover in Seoul, we were in need of body maintenance. Chanel and Mayli took care of us and gave the best massages we've ever had! My facial was also relaxing and refreshing.
I also took a dip in the infinity pool overlooking the city, and we visited the high-end mall with more than 8 floors of shops, including Louis Vuitton and Gucci.
After our long flight and adjustments to the major time change, we ordered room service several times for our meals. Everything was delicious, especially their chicken wings.
This will be our go-to hotel for future trips to Singapore.

Ein wunderbares reichaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. In unserer Zimmerkategorie konnten wir sogar noch kostenlos von einem Frühstücksbuffet, Nachmittagslunch und Apéro- Coctailbar in einer separierten Zone profitieren.
Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Poolzugang, war top sauber und das Personal durch und durch freundlich.
Das Gym ist 24h offen und der Wäscheservice von privaten Kleidern einwandfrei und speditiv.

Food quality across all 3 meal times was faultless
Lighting in the main dining room, struggled to read the menu at dinner dime even with my glasses on due to the dimmed lighting.
This hotel is incredible - the design is phenomenal and one of a kind. We chose a room with a swim up pool on Level 5, which meant we had access to the pool from our room which was very unique. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. It's very clean and near a metro street that can take you into central Singapore quickly. Perfect for couples looking for a stay at a unique hotel.
The room was great, but it had a rather redundant mezzanine with a pretty uncomfortable sofa. The swim up pool is a cool feature but you do somewhat share a pool entrance with the room next door, not giving you ultimate "private" access (i.e. the seating outside is adjacent to the room next door). There's not a whole lot of privacy either, as people staying in the hotel can use the pool, too - they could see into your room unless you shut the blinds. It's a pricey hotel too, but that's probably justified with the amazing architecture and unique room with access to the pool.

The building
Amazing facilities and the best location just off Orchard Road. MRT station less than 5mins walk and connected you to all attractions the city has to offer without the need for a taxi! Hotel has an amazing view and the breakfast was exceptional with great variety. This is hotel caters to all without exception.
Dinner menu is al a carte and not as much options but its high end so is what you would expect.
