Fabulous staff in a great hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, nicely furnished and optimal use of space; sliding doors around bathroom are genius.

But as always the people make it; I had an unfortunate fall and the care the people showed was amazing. All turned out well luckily but it is great to know the staff here really does show up when needed.

Cons:

What’s not to like - I couldn’t find it.

Amazingly beautiful and relaxing!!
Pros:

Everything- hospitality!!! The concierge Khalid was a sweetheart and gave us knowledge about the Singapore pledge which I found so amazing! I appreciate him being so kind and genuine! I miss Singapore already

Cons:

EVERYTHING- food was delicious! Everyone was kind and amazing and extremely helpful!

Pros:

10/10 stay. Excellent staff, very kind and helpful. The hotel is located in a great location. The pool is so beautiful and designed so well with these reflective panels on the ceiling. Breakfast was average, the chef making the omelet was fantastic

Cons:

Breakfast - probably could use a bit more flavour in the hot items. Its located just off Orchard so you probably could just grab breakfast there.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit bequemen Betten und viel Komfort.

Cons:

Wie das ganze Land sehr Raucher diskriminierend. Auf den Balkonen darf nicht geraucht werden und der einzige ausgewiesen Platz ist nicht mal bedacht. War das erste und letztemal in Singapur

The beach access pool loft room was amazing and the customer service of all staff was exceptional.

Cons:

Reminders about laundry for last day would be good as we forgot what time we had to submit it ( this is only nick picking - everything else was exceptional)
