If we are ever back in Singapore I’m sure to stay here again.

Sehr schönes Hotel - 10 v 10, was den Style-Faktor betrifft.

Cons:

Eigentlich nur die Lage des Pools > dieser bietet nur bis morgens 10:30h Sonne, danach liegt er vollständig im Schatten.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Great staff but poor facilities and location

The pool was great

Cons:

The green print just doesn’t work for SGP. As much as we love the city, this was a poor stay. The staff were amazing however, there were things that weren’t just right. The room was twin share and only had room for one hanging towel. The Airconditioning would only turn on when you’re in the room. Being on the equator…it’s extremely humid and you want to come back to the hotel with a cool room. We had the smoke alarm testing go off at 6am which was extremely harsh for our sleep.

The reality didn’t match the expectations and marketing
Pros:

The location of this hotel is amazing — right in the heart of Orchard Road, yet tucked away in a very quiet corner. The breakfast was also excellent. As a light sleeper, silence is very important to me, and the hotel fully met my expectations thanks to its excellent soundproofing.

Cons:

Overall, the hotel didn’t live up to my expectations. For this price, I would rather stay at The Fullerton Hotel or The Capitol Kempinski. If your budget allows, I’d even recommend paying a little more for Four Seasons.

The rooms are clearly no longer new, and the hallways feel dark and quite narrow. The pool area is also much smaller in real life than it appears in the photos—the hotel simply has excellent marketing.

The biggest disappointment, however, was my birthday experience. If you’re planning to celebrate a special occasion and expect even a small gesture from the hotel, I wouldn’t recommend staying here. I contacted the hotel before booking, explained that we were visiting for my birthday, and even asked about the options they offered for special occasions. Despite that, there wasn’t a single complimentary gesture—not even a birthday card. It made the experience feel far less special than I had hoped.

Un hôtel à l’architecture étonnante avec une musique lancinante
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter orchard road
Le club est excellent et le personnel est adorable.

Cons:

La chambre est petite par rapport au prix payé.
Pas de baignoire.
Une musique permanente et affreuse à la piscine et au restaurant. Elle rend le séjour très difficilement supportable.

Das Personal an der Bar am Empfang sowie die Barmänner im 5. Stock sind One Man Shows ! Must Have & Lustig.

Cons:

Es war alles mackellos, Danke an das gesamte Team von Pan Pacific Orchard !!

Room was ok. Kind of small.

Cons:

Staff weren’t great. Not very attentive. And the pool was small. Room was also small.

Hotel sehr gut aber kein vernünftiger Raucherbereich.
Pros:

Personal und das Hotel einfach top.

Cons:

Das kein Raucherbereich im Hotel war.
Im Hintereingang war eine Raucherbereich mit viel schlechter Luft.
Für das Geld für das Hotel dann doch zu schade.
