Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal, traumhafter Ausblick aus dem 23. Stockwerk, top Pool und sehr gutes Frühstück
breakfast was okay but not nearly on a par with the pan pacific marina bay.
Bedroom was tight with very little cupboard space and no drawers in room
pool had very limited chaise lounges and no umbrellas for sun protection
club lounge was second rate and no where near as good as Marina Bay

We had a wonderful stay here during our trip to Singapore. My fiancée and I really enjoyed the experience from beginning to end. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and professional.
The location was also very convenient for exploring the city, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable throughout our visit and really appreciated the hospitality.
Thank you to the entire team for making our time in Singapore even more memorable. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!

Wir hatten einen wirklich großartigen Aufenthalt im Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore und waren rundum begeistert. Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Zimmer waren top und insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir auch das sehr gute Frühstück– sowohl die Qualität als auch die Auswahl haben uns überzeugt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende einfach rundum gelungen.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Nice location. Close to Orchard Street. New hotel so the rooms are in good condition.
The hotel has no inner looby so you have to sit and relax at outside. The weather was hot and humid so it was not really comfortable. The pool was located at a shady area of the hotel. It is shallow. It seems like for decoration purposes, you do not feel like swimming there.
The hotel was lovely, highlight was great breakfast, clean and modern room and fab facilities.
Location is good enough, but a bit of a trek to the main locations. Well connected though.
