The location of the hotel was ok, walking distance to metro and botanical gardens. Breakfast had good selection. Gluten free option for those who need that.
The hotel has a 9 rating, and in our opinion that is way too high. First of all, the checking in area, it is outside (not a problem), but too crowded. Staff friendly, but not sincere. Hotel room had a nasty smell from the sewage. Rooms are smaller than they look on the pictures. Same for the swimming pool and gym, they are smaller than they appear on the pictures. View from room was not great, looking into other rooms and balconies. So we expected a "9" rating hotel, but it isn't.

De 2 persoonskamers zijn relatief klein ten opzichte van de uitstraling van het gebouw. Je hebt maar 1 kledingkast,
dus als je met 2 vrouwen bent 😀, dan heeft de 1 geen ruimte en moet de kleding in de koffer blijven.

I travelled to Singapore on my own to celebrate my birthday, and the hotel team made my stay truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with exceptional warmth, genuine kindness and a level of attention that made me feel incredibly special.
What touched me the most were the thoughtful birthday surprises and personal touches the team had prepared for me. Every detail felt carefully considered, sincere and full of heart. Travelling alone on such a meaningful occasion made those gestures even more special, and they turned my birthday into a beautiful memory that I will cherish for a long time.
What truly sets this hotel apart is not only its outstanding standards, but the people behind them. The staff demonstrated a remarkable sense of hospitality, anticipating needs, paying attention to the smallest details and making me feel genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Their kindness never felt routine; it felt personal, authentic and heartfelt.
It is one thing to provide luxury, comfort and impeccable service. It is quite another to make a guest feel truly special. This team achieved both effortlessly.

The air con was good
The breakfast was very crowded. The pictures of the pool look nothing like the real thing. It was dark and cold and small. The cloud they talk about is a metal roof It was just a clean well organised city hotel. If your going for business it’s more then enough. We were looking for a resort which it is not. Unfortunately they try to sell it as one. If they just said it’s a good business hotel that would be better

Truly couldn't fault this place. From the moment we arrived in our taxi the staff took our bags and brought them to the room while we checked in.
The hotel is stunning, the architecture is genius and a sight to behold.
The room itself was very clean, very conveniently laid out, every little detail thought of to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.
We had a club room which meant we'd access to the lounge on 11, to say this was a nice addition would be such an understatement, the snacks and drinks made available at breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks were phenomenal. I also appreciated the complimentary laundry each day.
The swimming pool was such a stunning space, I loved having a morning and evening swim and enjoying the city views, just a perfect way to start and finish a day.
The food was fantastic too, loved dining in the Lounge, their eggs Benedict were excellent, but we also tried Mossella one morning and we're very impressed with the range and quality of food.
The staff are truly a credit to this hotel, every single person we encountered was so friendly, efficient and helpful, absolutely top level service from every member.
My one small piece of feedback, each time our room was serviced or laundry was returned, our towels were changed, when we'd consciously left them on the towel racks to be re-used. The hotel is billed as a luxury eco hotel and has a note in the bathroom about reusing towels.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore! The room was modern, clean, and tidy, with an amazing city view and an awesome balcony. The bed was very comfortable, and the room service was excellent. A special mention to the lovely guys at reception who welcomed us so warmly and sweetly, they made us feel right at home. Overall, a fantastic stay and a memorable experience. Highly recommended!
Outstanding property and staff
My first room was super small and really very high priced for the value. After arranging an upgrade I had a fantastic experience. Also the lounge, fitness m, swimming pool, room service team, etc…. Where great. The location is fantastic but still out of the busy area.

Relativ gute Lage direkt an der Orchardroad..
Frühstück war sehr gut, jedoch kostet es auch entsprechend genug. Da kann man auch auswärts etwas dafür essen gehen.
Hotel sollte besser unterhalten werden.. speziell die Poolanlage und der Wasserabzug war extrem unterhaltsbedürftig respektive laut. Ein Relaxen dadurch bedingt möglich.
