Beautiful view at night. The room is so clean and beautiful. Very calm. Good quality time. The pool is absolutely amazing even tho it’s not really family friendly as the staff does not monitor the behavior of young couples in the evening.
The hotel lobby is open-air. There is constant noise and commotion, making it very difficult to make oneself heard and understood. The staff is overwhelmed. We’re in the middle of the noise from arriving cars and the luggage storage area, and it’s extremely hot. I arrived at 10 a.m., and they told me to wait by the pool until 3 p.m. This demonstrates massive disorganization. I paid a huge deposit for a single night—on top of the room rate—and waited all day to finally get the keys to my room so I could rest. When I went down to reception at 3:00 PM, my room still wasn't ready; I was made to wait another hour and a half at the bar before finally receiving the keys, amidst the noise and the staff's panic at 4:3 PM. A hotel lobby is supposed to be calm and quiet, with proper desks for a genuine, formal check-in and check-out.
The next morning, I received a letter slipped under my bedroom door: “we kindly inform you that there’s an outstanding imbalance amount in your hotel account please go the the reception to sort that out” I run into the reception office in my slippers, early morning and I wait at the desk, to finally understand that I only owe 75$…….
The desert menu is not okay at all, ice cream and deserts are fast food quality too much sugar…… the bartender at the pool was hiting on me and couldn’t stop calling me “darling” in front of everyone………… (and my sister).
There’s a restricted area for VIP clients who spends much more money here which again demonstrates a huge lack of class and consideration because this hotel does not live up to its pretensions at all !!!

We had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Orchard and were genuinely very happy with our experience. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, and the hotel itself feels very modern and luxurious.
The staff were all friendly and welcoming, but a special thank you to Akiro at the entrance lobby, who was always smiling, incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The location, comfort, service, cleanliness, and overall experience were excellent. The price is absolutely worth it for the quality you receive.
I would definitely recommend Pan Pacific Orchard to anyone visiting Singapore, and I would happily stay here again.
