En dessous de nos attentes.
Pros:

La propreté, l'hôtel était très propre! L'accueil était bien.

Cons:

Nous avons été décus de constater qu'aucune ascenseur n'était disponible pour se rendre à nos chambres et on ne nous a pas offert de services à cet effet.

Il y a eu du bruit très dérangeant au dessus de notre chambre assez tard en soirée.
Il n'y avait pas de store à la fenêtre et comme elle donnait sur un stationnement, il y avait beaucoup de lumières que nous avons dus subir durant toute la nuit. Très désagréable.

Le prix payé était très cher. Le prix qui était affiché sur Booking .com était bien en deça de la facture reçue. J'attends un retour de Booking.com à cet effet.

Aussi, les matelas étaient trop mous.

Das Hotel war Überbucht und wir hatten kein Zimmer. Nur Dank der Hilfe von booking.com haben wir noch eine Unterkunft gefunden. Wir haben mit anderen Gästen gesprochen, das kommt bei dem Hotel öfters vor.

I had a nice sleep and it is very well located if you have a flight at winnipeg airport the next or if you love shopping
Pros:

I like how it is very close to the airport and to shopping malls . The room is also very clean and very spacious. There is also a personalised welcome message on the screen. Would definitely come back. The breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant is also very delicious.

Cons:

The pool and sauna was not available . The lift is not clean.

Pros:

This is the only hotel I enjoy staying at because if its comfortable beds and has a separate living room.

Cons:

I always get put on the third floor and it seems like its the noisy floor. Im a Hilton Honours member and I never get upgraded when I ask. Maybe I book to late?

Pros:

Close to the airport, clean, good deal for a suite (we were 6 and paid 222 CAD)

Cons:

The bed couch was not pulled out when we arrived, there was no hand soap, there were only 3 towels (we were 6), the bottle of body cream was empty.

I wasn’t happy with the shuttle situation, I ended up paying for an Uber to the hotel and to the day
