Pros:

Nothing. The lady up front doesn’t use her brain and literally charged me twice for a room after i repeatedly showed her our confirmation through booking.com and then lied about my refund which I still have not received

This is a nicely located place that we've stayed in before.

Cons:

Incredible as it sounds, upon check-in with my wife, I was told that we would receive just one free breakfast and that we would have to buy the second one. The person at the counter said that we should book our hotel directly through Marriott next time and not through Booking.com; in that way we would get two free breakfasts instead of just one!!! I told the woman at the counter we won't be staying at Marriott hotels in the future.
