I travel a lot… and. Marriott Palm Beach Gardens is always a delightful stay. Starts with warm welcome Shannon and interactive staff. Quality hotel, clean, with great amenities and good food, GIGI was warm and did a great job with listens and service in The bar restaurant!

I want to specifically thank Adrian, Clarence, David, Geteau, and Shanna for their kindness and attentiveness throughout my stay. Each of them brought genuine warmth and professionalism to every interaction, whether it was answering questions, offering recommendations, or just making sure everything ran smoothly. It’s rare to encounter this level of consistent, heartfelt hospitality, and it truly elevated my experience.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but it’s the people who made this stay memorable. I’d happily return just for the chance to be taken care of by this team again.

Renell greeted us as we came in and immediately noticed that my husband needed assistance walking. She quickly retrieved a wheelchair and pushed him to our room. She made sure we got settled in the room.
The room was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable. The onion soup is delicious!
We left two days later and forgot to check the closet. We called the desk and was assured someone would retrieve the items. Renell was waiting when I walked into the lobby.
Renell is a gem!

Problems with the door lock. Engineering needed. Door automatically put on safety lock from inside the room.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were nice, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect.

The customer service really stood out to us. Everyone was friendly and professional and made sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and felt like we received great value for our money.

We will definitely be staying here again whenever we're in the Palm Beach area. I highly recommend this Marriott to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay!

Adrian at the bar is truly an asset to this hotel. From day one, he delivered exceptional, personalized service, taking the time to craft individually customized drinks perfectly tailored to what I was in the mood for—always served with a genuine smile. His hospitality and attentiveness elevate the entire guest experience, and he is honestly one of the main reasons I continue to choose this hotel when I travel. We had a wonderful experience for lunch. Our server Gigi was fantastic and our food was delicious. I highly recommend.

I stay here every time I’m in town. It’s been three years and every time I come in Mr David remembers me greets me with a smile and a handshake. He goes out of his way to remember me and the company I work for. That is special. Bar staff is attentive and the hotel room themselves are clean and top notch.

Greta location and a fun atmosphere! Would stay here again the next time I am in the area.
