Nel complesso il soggiorno è andato abbastanza bene avrebbe potuto andare meglio se non avessimo avuto le problematiche

Gli ampi spazi, il comodo parcheggio anche se a pagamento.struttura facile da raggiungere,si può andare in centro a piedi

Cons:

Poca organizzazione, personale non molto sorridente e non pronto a risolvere le esigenze del cliente. Forse sarebbe meglio fargli fare dei corsi.

Not worth it
Pros:

Wanted to love this hotel but…. Rooms are nice bathrooms are renovated … cleaners never cleaned … was told they had 60 turnovers and couldn’t do it.. GM had maintenance do it and they did do a great job. Bartender is amazing! Really awesome! Desk girl with red hair last evening was inviting, helpful, and friendly BUT the other 2 need a lot of hospitality training. Rude unhelpful tried overcharging for parking. GM could do a much better job communicating and following up. Pool needs maintenance and all new furniture… it’s broken and rusty. Location is great but wouldn’t stay again. Would visit the bar again just for the bartender.

Charging $25 a day to park outside. Clerk at check had a sarcastic attitude. No ice machine on every floor and the one on 2nd floor did not work.
