Hotel cudowny. Obsługa wyśmienita. Wszyscy uśmiechnięci i pomocni w każdej sytuacji. Śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.
Leżaki i parasole na plaży bezpłatne, co wcale nie jest takie oczywiste. Przy hotelu piękna promenada na długie spacery lub do biegania. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. W hotelu przy basenie lub na plaży można w spokoju spędzić czas a jak ktoś potrzebuje wrażeń to taksówka z hotelu za 15 euro do Puerto Banus i za 20 minut można poszaleć. Bywam w wielu hotelach ale ten zrobił na mnie bardzo dobre wrażenie i na pewno tam wrócę 👍.

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und super höflich.

Cons:

Die Frischprodukte (Ei, Pancakes etc.) beim Frühstück könnten mit Tisch Service gebracht werden. In der Schlange stehen und zu warten macht im Urlaub keinen Spaß.

Die Bäder sollten heute modernisiert werden.

Ich reise viel und kenne viele hochwertige Unterkünfte. Ich hatte keine Erwartungshaltung an das Hotel, da es auf mich wie ein recht großes Urlaubshotel wirkte und ich eher Standard erwartet habe. Im Gegenteil, das Hotel ist individuell sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet, in allen Bereichen. Tolle Möbel , Liegen, Schirme. Der Service war 1a, super freundlich in allen Bereichen, hilfsbereit wie man es selten in Spanien kennt. Kommt an den hochwertigen Service in Asien heran. Tolles Frühstücksangebot und Snacks. Absolut empfehlenswert am Strand im Centrum Marbella's.
