Free airport shuttle
Customer service only a couple employees provided good customer service.
i was upset, the a/c was not cooling, the sink was cracked, and the sliding door was hard to open (very tight)
so the purpose i came there for was not fullfiled

The location was good.
Was a little run down compared to other embassy suites I’ve stayed at in Oregon and other states. Also your maintenance guy was awfully rude to my girlfriend because we had issues with the shower and she couldn’t figure it out turns out it was an easy fix and the guy kept making smart comments towards my gf when she asked to how to operate the shower and he told her “you should practice because you’re the one who needs help with the shower”

There was a blood trail in my room floor and on the curtains! It was nosier location because of the airport. Every thing in the room felt dirty and old.

Location
I used to stay at embassy suites a lot. But now, they're breakfast has changed.They don't offer as many options as they used to. Also the beds are hard. Not to mention its $70 a night just to freaking park!

The rooms were not ready, and then we were turned around, even after proving the receipt. Parking was a little more expensive than the others.

Safety
The location was great as it was not far from the airport. There were not a lot places to eat close to the hotel but one can make do. I did like the breakfast and the way that the breakfast was setup. One can tell that changes and improvements made from experience. Also, the staff was fantastic in the breakfast area.
The front desk staff was excellent too as I and my son were able to leave our luggage at the front desk area for storage so we could pick it up after the World Cup soccer game. We were also able to pick up our luggage after the game and we had checked in.
The amount of money we paid was increased due to a special event, the World Cup 2026. I understand that this is a business but if you want repeat business, it would be better to have lower rates and wow hotel guests. Also, the hotel is a bit dated and could do with a proper renewal. The bathroom was very dated and could have its wall repaired properly.
