Parking fee is super expensive and I was not informed of this. The 400USD deposit charged to my account was still not yet refunded. For other hotels, they just hold the amount but this hotel charged it.

Excellent customer service and spacious rooms.
Pros:

The front desk was wonderful. Able to check in early, helpful with safety of neighborhood and extra blankets.

Cons:

The bathroom seems a bit dated compared with the rest of the room which was great.

Comfortable, convenient but not value for money.
Pros:

Just along from LAX with free shuttle bus, large up market hotel with suite accommodation, including buffet breakfast. Comfortable living room and bedroom. Indoor pool available.

Cons:

The usual issue of noise, with banging doors, poor sound insulation from the atrium, very poor sound insulation on external windows so lots of traffic noise, very poor WIFI speed of less than 5mbps incredible in a hotel of this quality, TV signal intermittent again incredible in a hotel of this quality. Little to offer in the surrounding area, so no shops and very few restaurant options.
