El personal de primera, el cuarto impecable y súper cómodo
Nada.. todo perfecto
Recuerdo viajes anteriores donde el Hotel, al menos el fin de semana, ofrecía champagne en el desayuno. Ha cambiado :(
Sugerencias: Las almohadas. Deberían ser mas blandas y menos gordas. Al menos 2 de ellas, para tener opción de elección.
El agua de la piscina estaba muy fría. Pensamos que iba a estar mejor, para poder usarla en invierno.

En general, el personal es muy atento y amable, pero tuve una mala experiencia con una persona del lobby.
-Tuve una situación muy desagradable, que no deseo a nadie. Mi nieta se enfermó, pedí consejo en el lobby y amablemente la chica que me atendió en el mostrador me dijo que no me moleste en ir a una clínica, porque podría conseguir un doctor a domicilio. Después de 2 horas esperando en la habitación, bajó mi esposa a averiguar y ya no estaba la chica original; otra persona le dijo que ¡está prohibido traer un doctor al hotel! Nunca pude volver a encontrar después a la chica que se ofreció a conseguir un doctor, porque evidentemente quería amonestarla severamente por su falta de empatía con una niña y un adulto mayor, a quienes nos tuvo horas esperando en la habitación, perdiendo completamente el tiempo. Menos mal no era nada muy grave, solamente una influenza que después le trataron muy profesionalmente en la Clínica Las Condes.
-El desayuno está lejos de lo que se espera en un hotel 5 estrellas; ni siquiera traía leche, algo que considero básico.

El desayuno muy cargado a la bolleria, y con alternativas de proteinas y ensaladas. Ese dia faltaron sus tradicionales smoothies verdes.
O café da manhã é sensacional. A vista da acomodação que fiquei era linda. A localização é boa.
Alguns funcionários não eram cordiais. Os espelhos que haviam na acomodação não estavam muito limpos.
Solo estuvimos una noche, pero muy buena experiencia. Habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. Personal amable y atento. Desayuno excelente, también comimos en el restaurante y muy bien. La piscina exterior y la zona de spa le da un plus.

Aconchego num geral ! Quarto excelente tamanho e com vista para a cordilheira dos Andes ! Cama , lençóis e travesseiros muito aconchegantes ! Funcionários prestativos , café da manhã excelente, e a localização é perfeita !
