Pros:

Very clean! Beautiful newly renovated rooms

Cons:

The room was pretty warm, the AC couldn't keep up with the 30C temp outside, brought my own fan and it solved the problem!

Pros:

There was a bunch of rowdy drunk people on our floor who were running and riding the trolley cart down the hallway late. Now I know the hotel staff can’t control everything but they definitely can control how they dealt with it, which nothing was done even though there was 5 calls to the front desk they just never stopped. Disappointing…didn’t even get offered a discount.
