The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were nice.
I didnt like the fact that you have to pay 35 dollars to park in the parking lot of the hotel each night you stay. I think that is absolutely ridiculous. Almost 200 dollars a night to stay and then another 35 dollars to park 1 vehicle is completely insane. We were there visiting a loved one that was in the hospital for a couple of days. I understand everyone is trying to make money but I feel like that is just a complete rip off and we wont return to this hotel again solely because of that. Other than that the stay was good.

They said they had had coffee all day… if you call cold coffee in the canisters coffee…
There was a big stain on the comforter and when I told the gentleman at the front desk… his response was… no worry’s?!?
Charged me for a Coke that I did not get so he had to refund me.
Had to call back after we left because I had some extra charges on my card. She told me to call back in 2 days if they were still there.
Clean and comfortable but not walkable to sites and activities.
The valet parking was ridiculous. It should be free, self park. Its a small lot. At one point cars were lined up on the street to pull in. We were trying to pull out but were blocked by the cars pulling in while one young man was trying to park all the cars. Simple fix, let people park their own cars
We had a hard time getting into the parking area from the major arterials from
The Charleston Airport. We landed in the back side and had to wriggle around to the entry.
Rooms were clean, bed was soft
Breakfast could've been better, only meat was pork sausage and there was no coffee
Elevators were slow and only one was working. It would be nice to have ice machines on each floor. Parking service was terrible and very expensive.

Parking is crazy high
Breakfast was buffet style, plenty of options, great coffee, but go early as options were light if you went late. Geared up for the early risers for sure! The room was nicely appointed with 2 Queen beds, decent shower room (although I do love a bathtub). Toiletries on hand. TV/WIFI, Everything you needed for a short stay, the mini fridge was a bonus. I was pleasantly surprised by the convenience of the location for Downtown. It's set in the heart of the MUSC campus, ideal for medical services etc. but I needed walking distance to Downtown, and it didn't disappoint. It's not obviously in the heart of the tourist market, however, if you need something well priced its right on point. I walked or took very low priced Ubers. I felt I was 15 mins walk from everywhere(COFC) for the MUSIC you are literally 5 mins in every direction for medical services. Pool and fitness room rounded out my stay, it felt extra!
I went "late" for breakfast my first morning, probably after 8am. The options were limited, I didn't know that until the next morning when I went early and it was a bounty! Its buffet style, however, you do need some better staff support. When the coffee ran dry, people were in a panic!!

I will never use Bookin again I will book straight from the resort next time. I called yall and yall didn't want to compare with the hotel and yall charged 100.00 more than the motel. Yall are not but thieves. Yall are steady stealing from ppl.
