Ok stay but we’ll probably stay somewhere else next time.
Pros:

The rooms were nice and large. The complimentary airport shuttle was great and both times the driver was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The front desk staff was very rude, on both of our stays-different people. The restaurant staff was also extremely rude. The floors in the room were dirty. The bathtub had a large hairball in it when we arrived. It was nasty.

Pros:

A very nice size room, close to the airport and very friendly employees

Cons:

The room was very dusty, the sofa stained and the sewer smell from the bathtub/shower drain was just awful. We were really tired after a long trip and didn’t complain but would not stay here again because of the smell

Crisp property and perfect staff.
Pros:

Real above and beyond type of staff. Had to bring breakfast to my brother in our room and was given full To-go style carrier sets. Nice little gym, indoor/outdoor pool. Beautiful location, spotless room and a view of the jets taking off all day. Will definitely be back again.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms by MCO
Pros:

Super close to airport, convenient shuttle with friendly driver. Great room - we were upgraded and had a very nice suite at a great last - minute booking price. Clean and comfortable. Great amenities (Starbucks coffee and luxury soap/shampoo in the room)

Cons:

Breakfast was mid and not really worth the extra $20/each.

Stay was okay, was only their 2 days .. love that they have an airport shuttle.
Pros:

Staff was great, location was fine.

Cons:

The rooms and hallways have a smell .. the tv did not work in room, neither did the fridge. We had to change rooms. The doors in the bathroom were rusted.
