Adequate
Pros:

Room was clean.

Cons:

Paid $25 for parking via a 3rd party app.
Took extra time at check in because the hotel doesn’t handle parking. You must scan a barcode then add your credit card info etc… a hassle just to park your car.

Great place to stay, comfortable rooms made to feel right at home.
Pros:

Staff super friendly great accommodations
Shout out to shuttle driver. Went out of his way for us to make us feel at home after a horrible day at the airport.

TERRIBLE
Pros:

The staff was extremely rude and when I asked to speak to the manager he told me she was not there and gave me her name and email. When I walked away the shuffle bus driver told me that the lady standing beside him was the manager. So I went up to ask her why she did not identify herself and take care of the situation and she stated that I was rude 1st so they are aloud to be rude. It was a tough day but when I got to the room I found that the only things complained on about that place are the front door people!!! Maybe they should do something about that!

Cleanliness & wonderful staff

Cons:

We reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed but when we arrived we were told it was unavailable & were given a room with 1 king bed and a sofa bed which was not sufficient for 5 adults and a child
