Cons:

Booked, received a confirmation email, got a taxi to the property only for them to tell me my booking had been cancelled. I received no notification of cancellation, it still showed as confirmed in the Booking.com app. It was the early hours of the morning and my flight had been delayed until the next day so was tired and stressed. I get that they cancelled the booking, but the guy at the front desk was pretty rude, very unhelpful and couldn't have cared less. Thank goodness for the Ramada next door where I had to opposite experience when I walked in desperate to find somewhere to stay.

Very good value for money and always busy
Pros:

Everything was wonderful but the staff werent friendly of helpful atall, they would never greet and if you try to speak to them they would ignore you and speak spanish to one another. Very unfriendly with service

I would happily stay again.
Pros:

I love how welcoming and genuine the staff were from the moment I walked through the doors. Unlike my experience at Marriott's Harbour Lake, where staff members at Valet parking laughed and whispered assuming I did not speak English and understood their judgement because I arrived in my mothers older truck and made me feel uncomfortable during check-in, the here treated us with kindness and respect. Danny at the front desk was especially thoughtful and even pronounced my name correctly, which is something I rarely experience. That small gesture meant a lot to me and made me feel truly seen and welcomed. Thank you Danny, for your professionalism and warmth.

Cons:

One of the curtain handle was broke to be able to close the black-out curtain. And the microwaves were difficult to function.
