DoubleTree by Hilton Tampa Rocky Point Waterfront

We arrived earlier than expected and they let us check in early. The staff were always wonderful and kind. The beds were beyond comfortable as we meant to sit for a moment and ended up asleep. Definitely a wonderful experience.

Such a great welcoming front desk. From Chelsea greeting us to the front desk supervisor Rubin making our entire stay memorable. The room was clean, the pool was great and quiet. The entire staff was welcoming and so nice.

loved the hotel — the rooms were great, the pool was excellent, and the cookies were a nice touch. I had no issues at all during my stay and would definitely come back.

The front desk customer service was average. Staff were not rude or unprofessional, but the interaction felt very basic and not especially cordial or welcoming.

The restaurant was not really my type, so I preferred eating elsewhere at my own discretion.

After a horrible travel day of multiple delays, de-icing and high winds I made it to Tampa Double Tree 8 hours behind schedule hungry and tired. I was met by the friendliest smile and jovial attitude by front desk employee Rubin Raymond. He offered warm cookies and a room upgrade as I was a member. He was sympathetic to my travel and turned my bad day into a great one! He was super helpful during my entire stay. The room was clean, had a great view and staff was friendly and courteous. I loved the gym equipment and the hotel as a whole was accommodating and clean. So overall I would highly recommend this hotel and I hope you get lucky enough to have Rubin help you out. They are lucky to have such a great staff member.

Location was great in terms of nearby restaurants and views. By the bay. Great views. Got a sunset room and view was beautiful. Gym was decent as far as a hotel is concerned.

Location was beautiful and in good proximity to the airport and stadium. The room was clean and the TV was newer.

I watched Chelsea, supervised by Debra, deal with a full lobby of people and a busy desk. Despite being jammed with tasks they made time to address me, kept a smile and a great attitude as they helped me with my parking and food purchase issues. Very pleasant to deal with.
