Nice pool, great view of the bay, and very clean
Pros:

Miss Crystal was extremely friendly and engaging by the pool. She told me about some great offers that I’d love to take advantage of like connecting my accounts. Overall great stay and great view on the bay!

Awesome Stay....Great Staff!
Pros:

My wife and I checked in on July 2nd for a quick one night stay....Chelsea at the front desk was extremely helpful and very pleasant and as is usual made sure we got our delicious, warm cookies and water and we were on our way.... Crystal with Hilton Honors was so nice and also extremely helpful to us...our stay was great and we can't wait to visit again soon!!!!

I loved it, will definitely be back.
Pros:

I loved how close it was to the airport, the heated pool, easy parking, and very very friendly staff!

Cons:

I only had an issue with the blufin restaurant. It took an hour for someone to even acknowledge us to get us seated and ordered. I’m not sure if they were short staffed, but to wait over and hour to order and then another hour to receive the food was not in our plans at all. However, the front desk and supervisor was very accommodating and made sure we reached a resolution to compensate for the inconvenience. Besides that everything else was amazing and I appreciate how fast they corrected the issue.

Hilton is the place to be for outstanding service.
Pros:

The place was so very comfortable and pleasant that we decided that we will extend our stay. Thank you also to the restaurant staff that brought up extra cream and sugar for our morning cup of coffee to start our day lovely day. The manager Ruben & Roy & Chelsee were exceptional in making our stay a delight!!!

Ruben the manager was extremely helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. He and his colleagues went out of their way to accommodate our 80 or old mother and made us feel more than welcomed . We thank you all very much for such professionalism & will definitely repeat our visit. Elenita D.

Other than the gorgeous views or comfortable beds, this hotel had something more superior—the staff! Wayne was very helpful, and when my daughter lost her blanket, he helped us find it, and even refused a tip and said it was his pleasure. Thank you Wayne!
