Het personeel lachte (achter haar rug) de dame uit die ter goeder trouw binnenkwam om te zeggen dat de planten aan de ingang dringend water nodig hadden. Dit was nochtans zeer terecht

J’ai adoré et je recommande l’établissement
Pros:

L’endroit est hyper bien situé. J’ai adoré la décoration et une mention toute spéciale pour le personnel qui est vraiment top.

Cons:

Je dirais que le petit point reste les cafés autour de l’hôtel qui peuvent être un peu bruyant la nuit

Personnel n’ayant aucune latitude pour faire des gestes commerciaux, nous avions une réservation de chambre en trop sur laquelle aucun geste n’a été fait, l’hôtel et bookings se renvoyant la balle

Un personnel aux petits soins. Vraiment agréable !

On est rapidement dans le cœur de Lille et non loin de la vieille ville.

Cons:

La porte de ma chambre qui se ferme mal.
Un repose valise encore une fois trop petit.

Пахло сигаретами в усьому готелі.
Номери з красивими балконами лище -10 шт, всі інші виходять видом на технічний внутрішній двір. Ліфт не працював. Готель старенький, все розвалюється трохи. Холодильник мигав лампочкою і не охолоджував.

Pros:

The hotel’s biggest asset is, above all, its location right in the heart of the city, essentially just behind the Grand Place on Rue de la Clef. I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to always be helpful. The rooms are otherwise standard, equipped with a hair dryer and amenities such as an electric kettle and a basic “minibar.” Breakfast offered a relatively wide selection, naturally leaning toward the French style, so expect plenty of croissants and sweet treats, not just pastries. The price per night was more or less in line with the season and the location. I can conclude that I was generally satisfied with my stay and services provided.

Cons:

Just a minor thing - there could be more vegetables for the breakfast.
