My favorite hotel in Portland. Great service. Friendly staff.
Pros:

I absolutely love this hotel. I try to stay here when I am in Portland.

Cons:

The food is a little pricey. However, the quality is good and the service is excellent. I wish that the restaurant was open for lunch.

Trevlig lobby med öppen spis och underhållning, vacker miljö i de allmänna ytorna. God frukost.

Cons:

Rummet något slitet, sängen lite nerlegad. Det borde framgå av beskrivningen att frukost ingår endast till ett visst belopp, 20 USD, vilket knappt räcker till en omelett och en kopp kaffe.

Pros:

Great for a family stay. It was one of the few downtown hotels with rooms big enough for 2 adults + 2 kids, and it was excellent. Very grand lobby, clean and comfortable rooms, nice bathroom, good location.

Cons:

No complaints.

It is beautiful, secure, and has a great staff and service. Nice little restaurant and room service is offered.

Magnifique hôtel, chambre très confortable.
Le hall est splendide !

Cons:

Notre chambre était magnifique, mais je m’attendais à un style victorien au même titre que le hall d’entrée.
Mais cela n’a rien gâché à notre séjour

Very poor overall.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Paid extra for a City View. We were put on 4th floor looking straight opposite a building - not what I would call a City View!!! No compensation offered when complained. No dressing gowns in room, even though there was supposed to be. Had to ask for the room to be serviced, then didn't clean drinking glasses / coffee mugs. Also ran out of body wash in showered even though it could easily be monitored.

Cons:

The room was 338, right next to the central aircon. Pretty noisy and I wish I was warned about that before check-in. The breakfast was included in my package but a partial charge was made to my bill. If there was a cap on how much was included in my package, again I should be warned beforehand.

Old but a clean and beautiful hotel. Location is convenient but too many homeless people around.
Cons:

They charged me for breakfast although I had booked it with breakfast included. Gave them a call and still no sign of refund.
