L'emplacement de l'hotel pres du Duomo est tres apprecie.

Cons:

Very very nice. Worth the value. The pictures are from the roof top and lobby.
Pros:

The roof top bar views and the staff, especially “ Jackson Heights “ were so nice to us. The breakfast was our best of all stays in Italy, the staff at the front desk took care of our rental car and the Historic Zone tax.

Cons:

The location, the staff from the roof all the way to the lobby, excellent!

The hotel was elegant and the front desk staff were polite and helpful.
Pros:

We liked the location, the staff were very helpful with our room change.

Cons:

Our first room was not comfortable for us however the staff facilitated a room change the next day.

Personne a l'accueil qui parle le Français. Vraiment au centre de Florence. Intérieur soigné. roof top avec vue.

Cons:

L'hôtel n'a pas de parking !!!!, il faut compter 55 euros de parking pour la nuit. Impossible se rendre a l'hôtel avec son véhicule zone interdite, le gps se coupe et l'on se retrouve avec des barrières et des rues inaccessibles. Nous avons mis 2 heures pour trouver un parking qui facturent à la demi heure et 25 minutes a tirer nos bagages dans les rues. (travaux tramways et toutes les places enlèvement de véhicules. dans le centre. Aucune geste commercial et 50 euros pour 2 petits déjeuners. Chambre
limite pour 4 étoiles S avec vue nulle.
