La posizione è abbastanza buona
Siamo venuti qui in auto per un viaggio autonomo. Dopo aver effettuato il check-in, potete annotare la targa della nostra macchina. Il giorno successivo, quando sono tornato in hotel, un cameriere maschio non ha verificato se fossimo ospiti della struttura e mi ha spinto ad andarmene con un atteggiamento pessimo. Ha rovinato la mia intera giornata

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Kürze erreichbar. Auch der Bahnhof und der Flughafen sind mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen.
Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer großzügig geschnitten und neu möbliert.
Die Bar mit dem Blick über die Dächer ist sensationell. Unbedingt besuchen!

Rooms are terribly small. There was no sunlight at all in the room. Basic facility like iron was missing. Its impossible to enter the bathroom as it is so small. And the worst it is not at all kids friendly, I stayed in second floor and there were so many steps, you need to lift your stroller again and again, such a pain.
A localização do hotel é muito central ficando perto do Domus e de muitas atrações turisticas, podemos ir a pé com facilidade a muitos museus. Breakfast é bom e variado e o staff é bastante prestável e simpatico.
Apesar de ser a segunda vez que ficamos instalados neste hotel ficamos muito desiludidos com o quarto que nos ofereceram, não correspondia ás fotografias do Booking uma vez que marcamos um quarto superior e nem sequer tinha uma poltrona para nos sentar-mos e era bem diferente das fotografias que vimos. Depois de passar uma noite com o barulho, a partir das 5h, do quarto de arrumações do lado pedimos para mudar e lá nos deram um quarto melhor mas mesmo assim não correspondia ao que eu tinha marcado. Penso que o hotel deve ter cuidado com isto pois os clientes vão com uma expectativa e depois é uma desilusão...

L’edificio è la posizione
L'emplacement au coeur de Florence, le petit déjeuner très complet. Le restaurant de l'hôtel "le yellow bar" avec de très bon produits et pas chers du tout.
Le prix du parking (40€). Ce n' est pas donné mais on prend votre voiture directement à l'accueil.
L'accès a l'hôtel en voiture est très difficile également.
