Disappointing stay due to mold in the room and poor handling of my request to switch rooms.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the staff I initially interacted with were polite. I was hoping for a comfortable stay after traveling, but unfortunately the condition of the room overshadowed the positives.

Cons:

The room had visible mold, which was extremely concerning and made me uncomfortable staying there. I repeatedly asked about changing rooms but felt like I was given the runaround instead of a solution. I had just gotten off a flight and was exhausted, so I didn’t have the energy or ability to find another hotel at that point. The situation was disappointing and unacceptable, especially from a cleanliness and health standpoint.

Good price, good value.
Pros:

Comfortable big bed, clean sheets and clean bathroom. Shampoo and body wash provided. Convenient parking near by.

Cons:

Some mold in the bathroom, couldnt open the window outside, so it was smelling. Air conditioner didnt smell good either.

I liked the location.

Cons:

I had 2 rooms booked, the king one was good. But the second room was pretty bad. I didn't notice it right away, but I had already taken my stuff out of my bags, there was black mold in the closet. When I went to request another room I was asked if I had already used the room, I told them yes. Then they told me there was no other room to go to and since I already used that room, they couldn't re rent it out. So I had to wait until the next day to see if anything else was available. The next room I went to smelled like pee and mold so I went out to purchase an air purifier just to make sure the air was safe to breathe. I had no other options since I prepaid for my stay and I could only stay there with my dog.

Place is in a very convenient location with a great price but ask questions about the deposit!

I liked the convenient location and the breakfast and I thought the staff was pleasant

Cons:

I didn’t like being told at check-in about the 100.00 refundable deposit!
