I was very pleased with the overall appearance and comfort of this facility, I would stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Cons:

Parking lot could use some work and there were a few stains on the carpet in my room but I would stay here again.

I relied on the high reviews in booking to book this hotel and it was a big disappointment.
Pros:

There wasn’t anything that we really enjoyed other than a nice view from breakfast.

Cons:

The room was dirty, there was hair on the floor. A half used water bottle was left for us to use. The breakfast was rough. Cabinets were dirty, hair in the food, staff was inpatient and understaffed. There was an issue when I arrived. I had to wait over 15 min to check in. I told two managers I wasn’t happy with many things and nothing was done. Really bad management.

Not perfection but I would definitely stay again!
Pros:

The room was beautiful and the bed was nice. Love the balcony and tub. The pool was a great size and I liked that the restaurant was open reasonable hours. The staff communicates well and I appreciated everyone’s hospitality during such a busy weekend.

Cons:

The layout of the hotel is not reasonably accessible. The pillows are the size of postage stamps and you need at least 4 per person. No one follows the rules in the whirlpool, so it was frustrating when it was our turn and couldn’t relax. The service at the restaurant was slow but accommodating, and she gave us a discount when the wrong order was served. Parking is subjective, meaning it’s ample but requires a great deal of effort to find a reasonable spot.

It was okay. We were there do to an emergency and I knew the rooms to be roomy than most.
Pros:

Breakfast was okay. The view from my room was not good but from the bar and restaurant area is good.

Cons:

Having to put my mobility scooter in the room with us.
