Cleanliness could be improved and customer service could be better.
Our room had major hygiene problems, the toilet constantly smelled throughout our four night stay. Even after reporting to front desk several times they did not take care of it.
We found used and rotten coffee creamers in our room. Coffee machine was not clean had a thick layer of dust built up in the water tank.
The rooms were excellent. Roomy and comfortable. Loved that there was a tv in the bedroom and the sitting area. Because of the layout sleeping was easy with no noises coming from the hall and that was with the bedroom door open to the sitting room. Beds were very comfortable and I would wholly recommend to anyone traveling there. Breakfast was incredible with options for everyone! Staff were also very easy and friendly!
