It’s just enough “out of the way” to make it refreshing. The facilities and Staff are great!
Property was good
Grumpy reception staff
Very nice.
Our room bathroom had to be cleaned. We cleaned it ourselves, luckily I keep Clorox wipes in our car. The tub had clumps of hair and the sink in counter were covered in beard hairs and shaving cream.
The staff was really great.
The lamp did not work in the room, the toilet seat was broken, the cleaning staff did a poor job of hanging the towels and I had to ask to get the sheets changed. They also did not provide soap in the bathroom.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers deserve to know about our experience.
We were assigned a room directly next to the hotel’s back exit/service door. The constant slamming and rattling of the walls made the room nearly impossible to relax or sleep in. In my opinion, this room should not even be sold as a standard guest room because of the excessive noise.
When I brought the issue to the front desk, I wasn’t expecting miracles—I simply hoped for understanding and a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, the manager, Jodie, handled the situation in a way that was incredibly disappointing. Rather than listening to my concerns, she became loud in the lobby, created a scene, and repeatedly yelled that she was “not going to refund” me because the hotel was at full capacity and there were no other rooms available.
I understand that a full hotel limits available options. What I don’t understand is why I was made to feel like this was somehow my fault after being placed in a room that was clearly problematic from the start. Being told the room “can’t be flipped” is an internal operational issue—it shouldn’t become the guest’s burden.
The room itself was disappointing, but the way the complaint was handled was far worse. Hospitality is about treating guests with respect, especially when things go wrong. Unfortunately, that did not happen here.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously, reevaluates whether that room should be rented, and ensures future guests are treated with professionalism and respect.
One additional concern that really bothered me was that when Jodie came over to speak with us in the lobby, she announced our room number out loud where other guests could hear. As a woman traveling with my children, I found that incredibly unsettling. Guests should be able to expect that their room information will be handled discreetly, and having our room number announced publicly made me feel unsafe.
She says Radisson on the outside but her management says Motel 6 “ We’ll leave the light on for you . “
The staff was great except for the front desk man on the night I arrived. The rest of the staff was great.
The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. The place needs major updating.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, pool and hot tub were nice. The free breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel. Many breakfast options and each morning some of them were different.
There was no bedding for the pull out sofa bed so we had to ask for it. The sheets were clean but had some stains otherwise no issues.
Friendly staff and service.
Its not worth the money.

Very close to the airport, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, the rooms were very spacious! Staff was truly incredible, especially Rob from breakfast. He was such a bright addition to our day and kept the buffet running smoothly!

Breakfast was awesome.
Staff is friendly.
Rooms are clean.
Parking lot wasn't as clean as I was hoping, but not too bad.
Other guests above me were extremely loud and rude.
Very comfortable, older hotel, very well kept.
I wish the restaurant would stay open a little later, we got in late due
to delay at the airport, no restaurants or fast food in the area.
The room had a bad smell. Since the hotel was full, there were no other option. It smelled like kitty liter and vomit. The microwave also had a very bad oder,
