Poor experience
Pros:

I had a rude encounter with the staff. The pool main lights went out staff had no clue when I told them only the secondary lights were on they were rude and kicked us out of the pool

Amazing people work at this place!
Pros:

The staff were all very friendly. Thats a main thing that made me want to stay again. I love how we walked in and the employee greeted us even while dealing with an angry customer. Shout out to you for keeping it together with customers that are upset over small things.

Cons:

The way other people were acting towards the employee. I get people want accommodations but to go as far as being upset over something very small. Stupid is all I can say.

As a "last resort" I might stay again but I will try hard to find other options.

Cleanliness was found lacking for the price. Also, the breakfast was cold and bland. The walls are part thin so we heard every little movement on the floor above. Also our room had a some kind of stench.

Our room was dirty, smelled bad, I paid online and still had to pay an extra $45 when I got there. Went up for breakfast and almost everything was gone.

Muy bueno, pero siempre se puede mejorar.
Pros:

Estuvimos alojados por 3 noches y el desayuno estaba excelente, estaba fresco y ofrecía variedad

Cons:

Bueno en el comedor la temperatura era muy baja y la comida en tu plato duraba muy poco tiempo caliente.

Gnat infestation
Pros:

1st room had something black on the sheet. 2nd room had a gnat infestation. I checked out. Front desk was unable to tell me when maintenance would come.

Nice Stay - Wonderful Restaurant
Pros:

The room was larger than we expected, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard fare, but everything we wanted, and cooked well. The staff was courteous and professional. The best part was The Airplane Restaurant on the grounds, where you get to dine inside an old plane (yes, a real one), and the food was delicious and the staff was excellent.

Great!
Pros:

The friendly helpful staff. I felt safe. It was my first time traveling by myself in over 30 years. The shuttle at 3 AM was fantastic! They made sure I made it to airport to catch my 5:00 plane.

I can't think of a single thing.
