Was pleasant
Pros:

Convenient location. Room was clean, but needs a little touchup.

Cons:

Our room was okay for the most part, but our daughter stayed her as well and her room had a broken door on the microwave cabinet along with a drawer that kept opening, wood not shut. The hotel in general could use a little sprucing up.

We drove 7 hrs to be there, a day prior I called the hotel to see if we could check in earlier, I was told to call the day off to be 100% sure, which I did. I was blown away with a yes no problem. Let me tell you the staff at the desk were incredibly professional, kind, sweet and just amazing. I was extremely exhausted for the drive/heat and these ladies made my day. I just remember one of the ladies name (Destiny) but all were beyond professional and accommodating. I would recommend this location 100%

This has nothing to do with the hotel but my trip ended way too soon

Safe but kinda gross.
Pros:

It was easy to walk to a little food and the restaurant was fine.

Cons:

It was dirty carpet everywhere. The room smelled like old dirty carpet and felt like the carpet of a movie theater the one time I regrettably stepped on it with bare feet.

The hotel allows pets and a dog shat on the carpet in from of the elevator while we ere waiting for it to come. I wonder how often that happens. The guest cleaned up after themselves but I couldn’t get the image out of my mind.

The bathroom fan did not work. Like I could see it, but it was not controlled by any switch, to the bathroom was constantly humid from showers even if we left the door open a while.

It does not look like 4 star hotel.
Pros:

Can’t hear neighbours, good location - close to highway.

Cons:

Very old furniture, carpets are terrible, bad cleaning service - bedsheets have stains. AC is old and very loud. No hair conditioner in the bathroom
