Pros:

Das Frühstück war großartig. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl, das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend und die Zeiten waren perfekt für Langschläfer und Familien mit Kindern.

Cons:

Leider gabe es Reparaturarbeiten am Whirpool, sodass dieses während des Urlaubes nicht nehr genutzt werden konnte. Zusätzlich wurden Saunaregeln von ausländischen Badegästen nicht beachtet, bzw. fehlten die kühlenden Gesichtstücher bzw. war das Aufgusswasser in der Sauna nie eingelassen.

Rundum zufrieden :)
Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem und komfortabel und auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Tram und U-Bahn sind ganz in der Nähe, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert in die Innenstadt kommt. Praktisch fanden wir außerdem, dass es in der näheren Umgebung Möglichkeiten gibt, kostenlos zu parken.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und besonders positiv ist uns der freundliche Service in Erinnerung geblieben. Ein großes Lob an den netten Mitarbeiter beim Frühstücksbuffet, der gerade bei viel Betrieb die Tische zugewiesen und dabei immer den Überblick und seine Freundlichkeit behalten hat. Aber auch das gesamte übrige Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt in München auf jeden Fall wieder wählen!

L'emplacement, le confort des chambres, le personnel aimable et accueillant, le petit déjeuner excellent et varié.

Cons:

Horaires de ma piscine le soir (trop tôt quand on arrive tard), prix un peu élevé (notamment repas et petit déjeuner)

Excellent hotel, beautiful city. We will return for a longer stay.
Pros:

Travelling a lot with children who compete in sport . First impressions when entering a room can shape the event / holiday . Walking into our Hilton room on this occasion was superb ! Everyone smiling and comfortable. Perfect start to a long week.

Cons:

No seats at breakfast before our onward journey.

Es hat leider immer Einsatz Handtücher gefehlt, wir waren zu viert gereist und es gab immer nur ein 3 - Satz Handtücher, musste in der Lobby nachbestellt werden
