Great historic hotel
Pros:

Wonderful hotel! Enjoyed breakfast at Gracie’s and drinks at the Driftwood Room in the evening. The rooms were comfortable. Great location, easily walked to shopping, restaurants, and coffee.

Claudia, the receptionist was especially helpful. The rooms are small but basically have everything you need.

Cons:

Could have used more hangers. Not much shelf space in bathroom to put your cosmetics/ toothbrush on. Keys demagnetize often.

In Sachen Sauberkeit muss hier nachgebessert werden. Das Zimmer war leider sehr klein, sodass wir unsere Koffer kaum platzieren konnten. Parkhaus direkt über die Straße aber sehr teuer aufgrund der Lage

Zentral und gut, aber nicht so edel wie es aussieht.
Pros:

Eindrucksvolles Hotel mit schöner Lobby. Wir hatten riesige Zimmer mit erstaunlich kleinen Badezimmern. Die Lage ist in Fussdistanz zum Standzentrum. Auch Trams sind nicht weit. Trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Sehr kleine, alte Badezimmer. Leider wurden unsere beiden Zimmer nicht gemacht.

My stay was absolutely Awesome!!! Why?

*Spacious bright clean room
*Friendly helpful front desk staff
*Amazing coffee in room...not cardboard tasting
*Slightly off city center so quiet restful night in well appointed bed. Didn't want to get up but so much to see in Portland!
*Walkable to the sights of downtown Portland
*Price significantly lower than city center hotels.

The pull out couch was ripped so unused.
No safety screwy or lock on bathroom window
A big dirty around the couch. Found lots of crumbs and an old sock
Locked gate from parking garage to exit hassle when walking with luggage and a toddler

For a short stay it definitely met my expectations.
Pros:

The front desk staff were friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast at Gracie’s was delicious.
