Such a lovely stay with great staff! Fully recommend
Pros:

The location is great and the staff is so sweet! I loved the night guard who was so kind whenever I came back quite late! The location is incredible, just a 5 minute walk from central park! Had such a lovely time.

Cons:

Honestly there were very few cons other than the fact that there was no evening service or refilling of water bottles.

Pros:

La comodidad, limpieza, la amplitud de los ambientes.
Ofrecían de cortesía agua de botella y paraguas.

Cons:

Al hacer la reserva, se ofrecía viaje gratis desde el aeropuerto, cuando le escribí para combinar el viaje me dijeron que tenía que arreglar directo con booking y quedó trunco el tema.
Podrían mejorar la cordialidad en front desk.

Cons:

Upon arrival we were informed we'd received an upgrade to a 1 bed king apartment. The apartment was dirty and tired. The window was taped with silver masking tape with bold red lettering - I assume to stop a draft! The bedroom furniture was falling apart, the wardrobe door had at some point previously falled off and been rehung but rehung higher that initally installed, therefore making one door higher. The ceiling in the lounge was falling down and part of the ceiling in bedroom was also coming down. We paid €1,500 for 3 nights so was expecting a room to have been inspected before allowing us to have the room card! We raised the matter with reception and await an update

A great New York experience. Felt like living in the Big Apple is really like in the movies.
Pros:

Location is perfect. The hotel apartment is a bit older which is seen in some places, but nothing major. We took it as a true New York experience. The terrace though, is fantastic. A true Manhattan gem that comes with the apartment. Well situated, away from hustle and bustle of Times Square, but still just 5 minutes from Central Park and really close to Times Square, Broadway. Fifth Avenue, Lexington and Park Avenues. The hotel itself is really nice, but we spent our time in the city mostly, so we didn’t use much of the amenities.

Cons:

No bar directly there, but you can find enough of those around.

Top plek voor een week NY.
Pros:

Top locatie en vriendelijk personeel. Het is een gezellig hotel. Wat gedateerd maar daar heb je geen last van. We waren er een week met 2 kids van 14 en 12 jaar.

Large, well appointed room.
Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised that the room was so large. It had a kitchenette and walk-in closet. The bed was just OK. The furniture was a little tired, but perfectly acceptable.

Great Location & Compassionate Staff
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, only a few blocks away from Central Park and in a safe neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Even our driver from the airport told us we were staying in a safe location when dropping us off at the hotel.

The room is very spacious which is great for families traveling with children. Room was clean, however, the bathroom needs some updating. Overall, I was satisfied with the room: there was a table with four chairs for enjoying your meals and a desk with a chair at the opposite side of the room to work from it.

When I returned back home, I could not get into my parked car at the airport because I had lost my keys. I emailed the hotel immediately and received a response that the keys were not initially located.

However, a few days passed and after the next guests occupying the room checked out, the staff performed a second search and my car keys were successfully located. Sabri called me with the good news leaving me a message that the keys were located. My wife called her back and we provided the staff with a shipping label and the compassionate staff mailed them.

Thank you for performing a second search and mailing me my car keys! Great service efforts to the staff!

perfect location
Pros:

Found this gem and will go back again and again, The location is fabulous. The rooms are spacious with plenty of natural light and spotlessly clean. The furnishings in my room were dated, but nonetheless clean. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and polite. Highly recommend.

The location\convenince of it, the size of the apartment and the staff were all top notch.
Pros:

the location is incredibly convenient to everything one wants to see in New York.

Cons:

I would have preferred that the sofa be cleaned and would have liked an extra blanket for the bed but those are very minor things. It was perfect. I will go back. I loved it.
