Unfortunately it was only for one night so did not get the opportunity to explore the facilities… pool, spa and shop. Hi
Pros:

The suites were newly renovated, a little more work to be done but but perfect for our needs

Cons:

The location from the airport was perfect, no more than 10/15mins. So perfect for a late night Virgin flight

Staff were 💯 great customer service. The icing on the cake!

The property is centrally located. I could walk easily to the beach. Staff is friendly and the room is spacious and clean.

Cons:

Music from nearby venues was playing loudly until 4:00 a.m. If you are planning to go to bed early, this may be challenging.

Pros:

There are several things that I liked about the property. To begin, the customer service was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The location was great as well. This is my fourth time staying at this property. This will always be my go to in Montego Bay.

Cons:

I absolutely love this property. I have no complaints!

Pros:

The location was perfect. Checking in was so easy. The room was amazing, very clean. One drawback, was the noise from the traffic whilst trying to sleep. But, that was inevitable given the Hotel's location.

Cons:

The breakfast was awful. Noisy traffic.

My stay was great, I felt safe at the hotel, location great, rooms clean and the staff friendly.
