Very close to Arc de Triomphe!
Public parking, not expensive, just at side!
Breakfast very big with all what you need!
Honestly, I don't have any negative comment! May be the bathroom a little small, but it's ok. I was not in the bathroom all day!
LA GENTILLE DAME AU PETIT DEJEUNER LE SEUL POINT POSITIF DANS CET HOTEL
PARCE CE QU ON A RESERVE UNE CHAMBRE STANDARD, NOUS AVONS EU DROIT UN CABIGI. "IL FALLIAT RESERVE UNE CHAMBRE SUPERIEUR MADAME" IMPOSSIBLE DE S ASSOIR SUR LA TOILETTE A MOIN DE SE METTRE EN BIAS- LAISSE LA PORTE DE LA SALLE DE BAIN OUVERTE SINON PAS DE PLACE ENTRE LE LAVABO ET LA PORTE- LIT SUR ROULETTE ET DE MAUVAISE QUALITE.
Good location.
Fine, just a little bit expensive for that quality, but that's the standard in the 16th arrondissement. The check in rules a bit too rigid.
Location is perfect. Easy acces to the hotel from Gare du Nord to Victor Hugo metro station, taking Metro Line 2 (Blue line) directly, taking roughly 17–20 minutes. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable if help is needed. Breakfast is plentiful and well-prepared.
It seemed as if our room was located near a "hotel utility room," meaning you could hear a device humming, spinning, or working at night—it could have been a washing machine or something else. That humming was very annoying. We have stayed at Meliá several times specifically for the quiet rooms for a good night's sleep, so we know that Meliá has quiet rooms. But you can't always be lucky. The location is worth 4 stars, but the interior and rooms could use an update to be worthy of 4 stars. This would bring the price-quality ratio into better balance.
Ligging, vriendelijk personeel

Location
The room was small but it was ok just to sleep
We booked a week stay at the Melia Paris Champs Elysees last minute. The room was rather small but nicely appointed. Location was good with restaurants and shops nearby. There were duplicate charges for coffee (minimum $18 in the morning), the cleaners kept coming into the room even though we had the "do not disturb" sign on the door. The biggest complaint was using their cleaning/laundry service. Using the inroom order form seemed straight forward, however, after receiving the clothing back the company they crossed out my clothing choices, made other choices, and the bill ended up being over 58 Euros to wash 3 pairs of socks and 4 tights. The hotel did not stand behind the vendor they were representing in their rooms, but rather said they had no authority to question the behavior/choices of the vendor to change my order form. We will not be back.
La simplicité , la propreté , le confort des chzmbres
L'exiguite des ascenseurs
l'emplacement est parfait, les chambres sont cosy, le personnel est charmant
attention il faisait vraiment très chaud dans les chambres
Really well placed. Perfect for the Paris marathon
Tiny, tiny rooms. And noise from vents/ aircon/ stairwells. Not restful.
Excelente
Nice staff. Clean. Good location.
None.
The hotel is tired. Clearly Meliá bought it as us but have not updated. That’s ok but then they have not soundproofed between the rooms either - that’s not ok. I expected much more of Meliá. I’ve stayed at others in the group and they are far above this hotel.
It’s an old historic building and very nice but there’s no excuse to not properly gutting it and doing the refurbishment properly.
We literally could hear the guy above going to the toilet - 3x as it happened - through the night. When he had a bath in the morning it was as if he was in our room. We were on the 5th floor. Cost was €314/night with no breakfast.
There are zero faction the hotel. No bar. No restaurant. Nothing.
I would only stay in this hotel on top floor. Else you will not get a good nights sleep.
Bathroom very small.
Siza of bathroom
