Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. This place is dirty and broken. The elevator floor was so broken you trip walking in. The flooring is dirty. The wall have holes. The lamp shades were all broken. BEWARE

We would stay here again when visiting relatives in the area.
Pros:

Located west of Richmond which was good for us. Breakfast was good. Breakfast area exceptionally clean. Great coffee.

Cons:

Priced too high but the whole area of Midlothian was pricey.

I could see that some work was done. But it was poorly done. The painting, floors, and hallway had a smell. You need to update the food for breakfast.

They are mostly stuck up people

We liked the breakfast and the room was clean.

Cons:

We got lost on our way there and so we arrived at like 2am and the front desk personel at that time was not friendly and we were tired so did not need the additional stress..in the morning I needed to bring my family food up to the room cuz they had barely slept and the kitchen hostess got upset I grabbed and empty box of sugar to put my things in so I can carry it up to the room. She said that she needed the box to empty another box exactly the same as that one and put the sugar in the other empty box I grabbed. I asked for a tray or something to make my trip to the room easier..she stated there were no trays and continued that guest just make multiple trips...i was already exhausted and had to make multiple trips..its a small thing maybe but small caring acts make a difference. The morning staff at the front desk was sweet.

Cons:

Dirt , elevators dirty , bathroom was ok but shower water pressure was very low. Hallways smelled of smoke even though it was supped to be non smoking . Stayed two nights and never got my room cleaned .housekeeping didn’t show .

Had a satisfactory and safe stay. Will choose to stay here for next visit to Midlothian.
Pros:

They were able to accommodate request for ground floor room. Associates were polite and helpful.

Cons:

Shower needs to be updated to include grab bars to avoid falls. A variety of breakfast foods need to be implemented. Same breakfast fare every day. Guest internet services need to be improved. Had to sign in every time if we were off for a while.

Cons:

Front desk perceptionist was pretty busy when I got there. Me and my coworker stood there waiting for over thirty minutes. A lady walked in not too long before he was ready to take the next person. And he called her up before he called us up after he saw me stand there and me. And her talking and told her that I was already in line. So I thought that was a little shitty, just because she was female. She got taken first.
