Pros:

Хареса ни местоположението, персонала беше изключително услужлив и внимателен. Перфектен е за кратък престой. Метрото е наблизо, както и приятни места за закуска има наоколо.

Cons:

Липсваха чехли, климатикът беше постоянно на 21 градуса и беше доста студено в стаята, предвид и че стените и пода са изцяло от плочки и държаха доста студено, без чорапи ни беше трудно да стъпваме, заради студените плочки. Нямаше шампоанчета и душ гел за двама, а само за един човек стигаха оставените в банята.

Pros:

Good location, nice room, comfortable bed and bedding, good value for money.
Good breakfast

Cons:

The room we were in just needed a little maintenance, there was a leak from the shower pipe going into the shower head, the toilet seat was loose and one of the electral sockets was loose- 5/10 minutes would easily sort those issues.
We had another problem which was sorted with a smile.

Perfect 2 night stay
Pros:

The duplex room was spacious and comfortable. The location was also excellent and the staff were really helpful.

Cons:

Can hear the rooms next door unfortunately. And the stairs to enter the hotel are inconvenient with a baby stroller and suitcases.
