Die Lage zur Stazione Centrale
Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schlecht gedämmt und entsprechend sehr, sehr laut. Normale Gespräche und Geschirrklappern arten zu extremen Störgeräuschen aus. Das Zimmer war extrem staubig, siehe Bild. Was aber noch viel schlimmer war, ab ca. 03.00 Uhr in der Nacht verursachte die Lüftung ein dermassen lautes Geräusch, dass wir alle total unruhig schliefen und entsprechend früh dadurch geweckt wurden. Wir versuchten die Lüftung auszuschalten, aber obwohl das Display „Off“ ziegte, lief sie weiter. Der Managing Director hat am nächsten Morgen das Video mit dem Geräusch erhalten und sich entschuldigt. Als einziges Entgegenkommen, für das wir über 200 Euro bzahlt haben und die halbe Nacht nicht geschlafen hatten, hat er uns bei einem weiteren Besuch ein Entgegenkommen versprochen, was das auch immer bedeutet. Fand ich extrem schwach von ihm und wir werden in einem Hotel mit solch einem Management sicherlich keinen Fuss mehr setzen.

Appena sotto tono la colazione salata
Increíble que otro huésped abrió mi habitación con otra tarjeta ajena estando mi puerta cerrada. Y al siguiente día la señora de limpieza dejó mi habitación todo el día con la puerta abierta sin ninguna seguridad con mis pertenencias adentro. Tampoco el hotel nos brindó letrero para indicar que no hicieran limpieza para que nadie más ajeno a mi familia entrara. El hotel se justifica en que la puerta había que jalarla fuerte varias veces para asegurarse de cerrarla, pero no sé si había que hacerlo 200 ó 300 veces para poderse asegurar de ello porque cuando salimos la puerta quedó completamente cerrada. Muy mala experiencia, muy pobre la seguridad, cero privacidad y mal manejo del hotel ante la situación. Yo me sentí sumamente insegura en esa habitación.

Tamaño de la habitación hace la estancia muy cómoda. Es espaciosa y bien distribuida.
The hotel is located within a 5-minute walk of the central train station.
The staff were friendly and helpful. They helped us leave our luggage at the hotel after we checked out.
It would be good if coffee machines were placed in the rooms.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Room was small and quite dark.
The air conditioning did not work correctly, it was 30 degrees outside.
