Amazing Staff and Comfotable Beds
Pros:

Front desk staff were very helpful! Appreciated that they were fluent in English. Beds were very comfortable.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t that great. Would have appreciated coffee in the room and an upgraded tv.

l'emplacement, la propreté et la taille du lit !

Cons:

Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles ne pas mettre l'habituelle bouteille d'eau de courtoisie et la faire payer 3 euros était un peu mesquin vu le prix de la chambre !!!

I was charged €20 city tax instead of the correct €10 (per night). When I questioned the amount, the receptionist confidently assured me that €20 was correct. Only after I checked the official information myself was the overcharge refunded. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself, but the fact that no apology was offered after the error was confirmed

Das Zimmer ist genau so wie auf Booking beschrieben. Die Klimaanlage kühlt das Zimmer schön runter, die Mini-Bar ist gut gefüllt und das Reinigungspersonal macht einen super Job.

Cons:

Ich war über meinen Geburtstag vor Ort, von einem 4 Stern Hotel hätte es mich über eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit gefreut.
Der Föhn im Badezimmer ist alt und hat nicht viel Power, die Klimaanlage ist immer auf 19 Grad und muss jedesmal neu angepasst werden.
