Grande chambre PMR au top, très calme, mais au bout du couloir, pratique! PDJ correct et inclus. Nous n'avons pas rencontré de problème d'approvisionnement du buffet contrairement à ce que plusieurs personnes ont indiqué, mais peut être que l'hôtel n'était pas bondé.
La personne qui nous a fait notre check out était juste adorable, je le précise car je suis critique sur les autres membres du personnel. On a parlé de notre voyage et de Winnipeg où nous allions.
jamais vu un personnel aussi "fuyant". Femme de ménage qui ne réponds pas à notre bonjour (en anglais ou en espagnol), accueil un peu limite, on dérange, quant au personnel du PDJ, c'est le pire. Pas de réponse aux "bonjour" également, mais en plus on doit débarrasser notre table alors que le personnel a les bras croisés, papote entre eux, adossés au mur, juste devant le bac de récupération des assiettes et couverts et la poubelle. Jamais vu ça!!. On aura tout vu!! deux matins de suite en plus, et la salle de PDJ avec moins de 10 clients. Et ils laissent une boite pour les tips . Non mais ça ne risque pas.

This is the first place I check when I’m making a trip to Regina. The location is perfect and the hotel is clean. It’s nice having a full breakfast buffet but you’re also close to many restaurants. If you’re going to a Riders game, you’re close to two different pick up points for free shuttles to the stadium too. Everyone there has been friendly and helpful.
Location was great accessing all the activities we wanted to do.
The Royal Hotel is ideally situated in South Regina. It is comfortable, excellently staffed and a great place to stay.

The room was as dark as a black hole, even after switching on all individual lamps that were in working condition.
