Pit stop before early morning flight.
Pros:

As a family of 2 adults and 2 kids we stayed in the peninsula suite. This was a great room for an overnighter for an early morning flight.

We took a shuttle to the airport at 4am and there was no issue or delay in getting one organized for us.

The room itself was pretty standard but beds were comfortable and very little noise.

Staff were great, friendly and happy to help.

Cons:

The rooms could do with some updating and a good clean. You can see the dust above the wardrobe and kitchenette area. Didn't like that it had a shower curtain on the bath, water went everywhere.

We ate dinner at the restaurant. Very expensive wouldn't recommend going there for meal after meal.

Could not fault a thing!
Pros:

We stayed here from rural canterbruy to enjoy a weekend in the city to celebrate a birthday. From the welcoming check in, to a room upgrade, to the exceptionally clean room and facilities including an extremely well maintained pool we couldn't fault a thing. A beautiful hotel that we had underestimated many times driving past. We had a wonderful time and the check out staff also were fantastic and friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

The staff were so nice and welcoming. The room was lovely. Comfortable. Food was great and the kids loved having a pool to use. Good value for money.

The staff were friendly, the size of the room was great, comfy bed.

Cons:

Carpark getting locked over night. Understand this is for security purposes however I wasn't notified of this at the time of check in.

Clean and tidy with wonderful amenities- LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Would 100% stay again!!
Pros:

Awesome setup for families, great to have a beautiful, warm indoor pool and spa access, and the restaurant. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were super comfy too. Staff were so friendly and helpful. they had a secure patrolled carpark which we were able to park our brand new trailer in with no issues on space availability.

Cons:

Only issue we had was we found the tiles in the pool and spa area extremely slippery, for us adults as well as our children. There was signage to warn about it but i felt like you had to teeter around and be very very careful. Our 2 year old actually slipped and hit the back of his head by the spa but thankfully was unhurt- could’ve been a lot worse so be cautious especially if you have children or are elderly.
